    Ingredients:
    Pork chop - 6 pcs.
    Plum jam - 5 tbsp
    Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
    Allspice - 1 tsp
    Cayenne pepper - ½ tsp
    Salt - ½ tsp
    Bell pepper and cherry tomatoes for grilling
    Preparation:
    Chop allspice in a convenient way.
    Combine jam, allspice, salt, cayenne pepper, soy sauce.
    Mix well.
    For grilled vegetables, chop the bell peppers coarsely, leave the tomatoes whole.
    Put the pork chops and vegetables on the grill.
    Fry the pork chops for 4-5 minutes, turn over and spread with jam and spices.
    Do not forget to turn over the vegetables.
    After 4-5 minutes, turn the pork chops over and grease the other side.
    When the vegetables are browned, remove.
    Turn the pork chops over again and smear with jam again.
    Served with grilled vegetables and pita bread.
