Hoboken waterfront beautification plan enters 3rd phase

The plan to beautify Hoboken's uptown waterfront is now heading into its third phase. After years of complaints, the city removed abandoned boats back in 2022, and now, the Weehawken Cove Restoration project is well on its way to being completed. CBS New York's Alecia Reid reports.
