I met with a nutritionist last week and set macro goals. I finally tracked today and I'm so off. My protein that I have planned for the day is only at 11% of goal. 😢She gave me some good ideas though so I'll aim to steadily increase the protein.
Are you plant based? I have been eat more flexitarian these days but it is still really hard to eat 40-50 grams of protein in one meal. The struggle is real!
I'm pescatarian but get tired of tuna sometimes and when I do, I guess I'm eating no protein at all. I'm also not getting my daily carbs either which I thought I would be since I eat mostly vegetables. Tracking is so eye-opening!
I love your layouts. They're always so unique & creative. I've been wondering if you design custom pages? There's something I would like to use to track my bills. I know there are lots of available bill trackers, but I haven't found any like what I have in mind. I want to adapt the Happy Planner class attendance page for that purpose. Thoughts? Suggestions? Do you have a similar form in your shop that I could print & edit in Adobe? TYIA
