Mai aapka purana viewers hu regular exercise karta tha sab sahi tha.... filhal 3 mahino se yoga nahi kr rha hu wajah hai mansik paresani....sath me piles ke lakshan aa gye stool pass karne ke bad pain aa jata h aur lambe times 3-4 hrs tak rhta h is wajah yoga suru v nahi kar pa raha hu....kya karu? Maine spicy food lena bhi band kr dia h fir v sahi nahi ho rha h...yoga na krne se mann v achha nahi rhta ...please helps me
