Your panel always do a great job of being succinctly analytical while being very funny which makes it all more impactful and attractive to a wider viewership.

I'm an 83 years old Brit who spent 50 years working as an engineer in development in third world countries. I married lovely Cambodian lady who had suffered under Pol Pot in the 1970s. We met in Cambodia in 1998 and were married in 2002. I retired in 2018 and returned to the UK with my wife. We have just completed the process of obtaining UK Citizenship for my wife. It cost us £15,000 in fees. Throughout the 5 year process my wife was working in a care home and pay tax, with no benefits or access to the NHS, I paid for her health care. I do not mind any of this but do get annoyed when my wife is accused along with illegal immigrants of taking advantage of the British taxpayer.

I like what the young lady said about how expensive it is to travel in Britain on public transport,,,,,,,,,Well myself and my wife and daughter are travelling from MELBOURNE in VICTORIA to ALBURY in NEW SOUTH WALES a distance of 360 kilometres then returning several days later and the cost for the three of us is $31.00 about 15 quid there are other train journeys that cost more but usually tourist adventures so we cannot complain can we. Something really wrong with BRITAIN
If they made the prices fairer and linked bus times to train arrivals, so many more would use public transport. In the UK travellers have to fit in with companies, none of them work towards improvement, money, money, money 😢

Greene King have a track record on changing pub names. Does anyone remember them in 2021 changing the name of the Linlithgow pub “The Black Bitch”. The pub was named in honour of the dog that swam across a loch to an island where it’s owner was shackled to a tree. There was never any suggestion that it meant anything else, except to those who wanted to look for offence.
As mentioned, there is a lovely Black Boy pub near us. So far it seems there’s no one offended enough to want to interfere with the name 🙏🙄
