You've noticed that we like the contributions of Douglas Murray... there's hope for you yet. Were you surprised? Really? The reason is self-apparent: he's informed, lucid, straight and true. And .. he has not bent the knee to the wokerati, or been cowed by puerile allusions to the mythical "far-right. " That is a very silly trait inflicting the London centric, liberal-left luvvies ( hello, The Spectator). In essence, the term defines anyone who dares to express traditional conservative and classical liberal opinions. Fatuous. T That is why Douglas is a rarity amongst journalists and so well respected. William Snowden Ilkley.
One of Elon's main philanthropic activities was being able to help when the storms devastated NC. Trump called on him and he set his people onto helping .... BUT .... he found that FEMA was obstructing that help.
I do love Douglas i really do, but I'll offer a minor 'rant' on things, he's excellent at what he does and i rarely disagree with him, but, unless I'm reading things wrong he's now more or less permanently in the US? I may be wrong ofc and I can't follow or read everything he does but he always seems to be there. I guess my gripe is he sees the UK and it's issues, his home country, and has abandoned it? So now it's like he's complaining about the issues with the ship and the captain on said ship, while sailing away before it sinks in a luxury boat. I dunno, mixed feelings here. If he's really so empathic and concerned why isn't he here fighting it? (btw I've made several assumptions and 'hope' he actually is here fighting the fight).
@@nonesuch27his books are still being published in the UK. And he does still produce work for a number of UK media outlets. However a growing number of US ones are printing his articles. Perhaps, as 'New York correspondent' for those UK outlets, it's easier for him to work from there. Maybe it's the social scene that attracts him though, to be fair, he's spent a fair bit of the last year travelling. Who knows what's in his brain but the UK isn't exactly a safe place for freethinkers right now.
This American (and a Brit, I'm dual) is watching and listening to Douglas Murray on YT just like you. Why does it matter where he brushes his teeth? Be grateful for this universal access to anything promptly. What are you missing? I'm in the USA watching Spectator, hello?
Douglas speaks with such eloquence. When people have no stake in society, trouble is looming and calling these people far right is equivalent to holding a red cloth to the bull. Remember these people don't have second homes although they have to pay for the upkeep of governments second homes. Anyone of them who maybe jobless, still have to pay for, not only incomers hotels and homes, they also have to pay for extreme benefit claimants in the so-called lords. Guy Fawkes felt helpless too, he had no stake in society because he had to hide his religious beliefs until the pressure cooker came to the boil. This country is boiling and it's frightening, and about time Two Tier Free Gear Keir and his merry bunch of Communists took note, everyone needs a stake in society so stop branding normal people as the imaginary far right and get your heads out of your backsides. This is a dereliction of duty and needs to be publicly amended.
I'm afraid a nation gets the government they deserve. My advice is vote foe ANYONE other than the Uniparty (Greens and LibDems are as bad), but try SDP, Reform, Reclaim, Monster Raving Looney, Anarchists etc.
People were imprisoned for inciting violence and criminal behaviour Not for being objectionable. FFS The Spectator needs some fact-checking but of course not interested .... just in it for clicks. Now, click the unsubscribe button
Horrified by Murray's ultrazionism. Seeing him rush to Israel's side at its most tribalistic, demented, and genocidal moment--something out of the Old Testament, in total contradiction with the Christian message--has been a deplorable spectacle.
Those of us who lived through British sanctions on us in Rhodesia and South Africa are unsurprised by the actions of the British government on their own people...in fact it I have a certain amount of schadenfraude watching it happen...good luck to the Brits...we certainly needed it after you screwed us

It is always a treat when it’s Douglas talking to the ears to the eyes and to the brain ❤

William Snowden Ilkley.
I’m close to Ilkley, Rawdon, and I commend this post.
“Great bit of narcissistic manipulation” no context but it made me laugh.
Douglas is brillant
DM Right with everything he saying ❤ West Shamefull
Speaking of Right, is farright one word or hyphenated like far-right or a two word phrase like far right?
Every sentence out of his mouth makes complete sense. I wish he got into politics.

He moved to NYC last year.
Possibly for personal safety reasons and also to protect his free speech.
2 things that are failing in UK.
@@greencloud2225 uh....no. For money. Same reason anyone with a promise of an American career moves there.

Come to Brazil and get more respect from the South Americans, than your own government give you. I will never go back.
The worst of the worst
"Murrathon"
This was very good, but, please have Peter Hitchens on for a long-format interview. He's brilliant.
DM ❤
someone tell me who these antifaxcists are please ie. names , organisations.........
Outside many Underground Stations on Saturday in London
the Socialist Workers simpatizers selling their Newspaper.
For naming one .
Murray is a lot better when he's talking about immigration and political correctness than he is when he's shilling for Israel.

You conveniently overlook the salient point that some people are not imprisoned for criminal behaviour and inciting violence...
I thought we were getting something new 👎
It really marks out your target demographic when you have to explain what timestamps are lol
QUIT SAYING "Far Right".... We were merely "the right" until the Left moved the Overton Window

What a grifter
Yer, you are. A lefty race grifter, posting the usual stuff about everyone not of your mindset being farrr right, racist, n..zi, blah, blah, blah.
Murray fancies he is Gibbon, but it is the Monkey not the Historian.
A gibbon is an ape - not a monkey. Fancy embarrassing yourself in public by being both unfunny and ignorant...
Douglas Murray is awesome.
