How was pocket created, i didn't see two bread pieces joined n baked, it was single layer bread piece, but aftr cutting in end it seems like two bread pieces wer joined n baked,please clarify how tht happened

I have to lower my carb intake and should avoid the sugars, but this looks absolutely delicious. 🤤
And for a savory version of this dish, no sugar and filled with cheese (and ham/tomato, garlic, oregano, olive oil) instead of custard, and back into the grill.
You could do low carb bread I've seen a lot of places now have keto bread and they make keto substitute sweetner,I'm sure there's definitely ways to make it work I do the lazy keto diet and I found my favorite sweetner is whey low they sell it on Amazon buts it's expensive unless you can find it in stores it's just rare in stores
@@ElizabethEatsLowCarb thanks for commenting. Yes keto bread made of almond and/or coconut flower. There aren't any readymade ones where I live unfortunately. I tried to make it ones myself from almond flower/psyllium husk a few years ago which was not a great success. But how to make the filling keto as well?
@@ElizabethEatsLowCarb What's lazy keto? I do OMAD mostly and struggle with keto because of my unhealthy love for chocolate & magnum almond chocolate ice cream bars.
