Merry Christmas! I love the idea of this new series as honestly we get bombarded with products that are supposedly the dogs bollocks to the point you dont know what to buy or believe anymore. This series will really help to cut through all the hype for us so thank you! AHC I found out about from one of your videos and I immediately purchased it. Fantastic stuff. I then did a bit of a dive into it. As you said, they upgrade and change the formula a bit every year but, unlike so many brands, they dont discontinue the previous years ones so that if you have a favourite it wont disappear. The new version thats out for 2023 is supposedly different to the present Season 10 one as it doesnt have all those peptides but people are raving anyway so perhaps you could have a wee look at that one. I will be looking forward to the next video in this series. Have a great week ahead and all the very best for 2024! xx

The difference with AHC Eye Cream for Face #10 is they update the formula each year, but they continue to produce the older products. I tried the AHC #10 and #11. I loved the #10 and felt my mature skiN around my eyes benefited from it. When I tried #11 I didn’t like it as much because of the fragrance, so I have been repurchasing #10. I see that they released #12, but I have yet to try it. Some By Mi released three sunscreens with same colored packaging and similar names, I have tried the V10 Hyaluronic Hydra Capsule Sunscreen SPF50+ PA++++. It is a gel with tiny capsules that burst when it is applied and it has the newer filters I prefer. I like it okay, I found it is moisturizing with multiple emollient ingredients and hyaluronic acid. Even with mature skin that is on the dryer side, it can feel too moisturizing over a separate moisturizer and you should take care to not over apply because it can pill. I was really hoping it was going to be perfect. I prefer the Numbuz:n #1 Clear Filter Sun Essence.
Many smaller creators rave about new eye cream from SKin1004, from their probio-cica line. When it comes to snail mucin, I also don't like the texture. But Benton has amazing snail products, they are not slimey at all and some products are packed with peptides
I've been meaning to try Benton, thanks for reminding me! Is this brand with the highest percentage of mucin? Even cos rx has it as like 36 out of 44 ingredients. I have liked Farm Stay thus far, but I'm not sure of the content %
@@WimFtw I don't think is the highest. their Snail Bee essence has 60% I think, but other products have between 40-50. And some have fermented snail, which makes watery formulas
Love this series! I found Numbuzin this year and I absolutely love it. I’m always cautious what sunscreen I use as our sun is brutal here in Queensland Australia
Excellent video 😊😊😊. I just got got the AHC cream and it's SUBLIME, wow you can really feel it working, but is it eye cream cos I use it all over my face and neck, I'm so confused 😂

Toner pads are now a must have in my skincare routine😍. I use them after double cleansing. The bumpy side for a sweep across my face, then the smooth side as a sheet mask👌🏾
@@MadAboutSkin I'm just getting into them, but I have been using pyunkang yul calming 70 toner pads and they are massive. I like how they have enough essence, not soaking...... Great so far 👌🏾
Can you look into Methylene Blue in skin care? Supposed to be about as good as retinol. But its early days and not many brands have adapted it yet. Thanks!
Can you try Farm Stay from stylevana or yesstyle? And what is the truth about k- beauty ingredients like mugwort, ginseng, etc? What is the best priced oil cleanser that we can use to double cleanse? Are those powder /enzyme wash/cleansers better than oil cleansers/double cleansing?
Unpopular opinion, but i dont like cleansing balms. Dont get me wrong many work great, but they wreck my contacts and im too lazy to take them out first lol
City Beauty eye cream and the Dermelect Beauty Sleep Serum I keep seeing pop up in my feeds. Also, what is the ideal pH for a face wash and are there products that are more aligned with the skin’s pH?
I wonder if beauty devices are also open for selection. I got 4 medicube devices, and in my mind they do work well. But I don’t have any other devices from other brands, so not really sure if this is up to our Tech standards, or if there are better products like microneedling or red light therapy that has better cp value. Haha I hadn't heard of many of them until I started investigating lol.. they are mainly big on Tiktok so maybe thats why?
