The original Korean releases are available from Olive Young Global and Stylevana (links are in the description). They can't be sold by US retailers because of IP rights over the main ingredients. For this reason AHC created 3 global versions that you can purchase on their US website, but these versions don't contain the human-like collagen and elastin that made this franchise famous in Korea 😊
I got the tenth version buying from Stylevana (I'm from France) with a great discount. I really like the texture! It's like a butter that melts perfectly into the skin, and no problem with makeup 😊 The area stays hydrated all day.

I always had problems with the cream around the eyes, would get red bumps after using even eye creams (besides the face moisturisers). This was a game changer: elegantly formulated, efficient, a pleasure to use.
My very first eye cream was the one by ahc (season 9). I was really amazed by the list of ingredients. There’s so much of it and fill out the inside of the packaging. But sadly I don’t feel any improvement yet so I stop using it after I finished 1 tube. Can’t wait to try another brand or maybe the other season! Ps: the ahc eye cream that sold in my country is the “normal” type. They don’t list which season so I’m confused. Maybe for international sales they only offer 1 type.
Indeed, they have a different version for the rest of the world because they can't sell the regular franchise outside of Korea due to licensing agreements. Sorry to hear it didn't work for you, but I'll cover lots of other eye creams this year so I hope something else will spark your interest 😌

I have been using the season 9 AHC cream religiously after your video discussing it and when I went to rebuy it (for like the 3rd time) I found that there was a season 10 and got it, instead. I was also skeptical of season 10 because my skin is as dry as you described yours to be and season 9 had been perfect. Never been a fan of eye creams but since I am getting "wiser " I guess it's time to start using one.... the ingredients look stunning!!!.. not crazy about the idea of fragrance, specially around the eyes, but still interesting technology...... the price, of course is also very tempting... thank you Odile!!!

Tried the 9th version also. Didn't see any improvement to my eyes either. Considering it's the most heavy duty of the three latest versions, ladies and gents, this one is still very lightweight. If you are looking for something hydrating and lightweight for the eyes, this could a nice addition. However, one main reason why I believe this eye cream didn't give me any antiaging results other than added hydration is because let's first talk about the ingredients list is one of the longest lists ever in any skincare products, seems impressive. But sadly all the hero peptide ingredients are on the bottom of the list, making it basically negligible in terms of efficacy because there's so little of it in it for sure doesn't reach the therapeutic index for it to be effective. Logically speaking it's basically useless to apply 0.000000000001 % of hero ingredients e.g. peptides on the skin for it to be doing anything. Right? Just keeping it all the way 💯. Which leaves this eye cream to be not much different than any other cheap lightweight eye cream or moisturizers out there if you only consider the first 1/4 of the ingredients list of this zillion ingredients product. Not saying this is a bad product as it does give lightweight hydration, but definitely don't expect anything more out of it. Great brand marketing though with the claims, ingredients list, and smart product packaging. Hi Odile. I love your videos. They are really informative and we can see how hard you work to do them. I tried some versions of this eye cream along the years (my eye area is dry, so I need it in my routine) and I really wanted to like them but no success. They never finished to convince me. Last one, version 9. Disapointed, I decided to give the last opportunity to version 10 and I must say this one is a spot on for my skin type. I love very much the texture and I'm getting very good results in my skin (mature combination skin, dry in eye area). I think AHC made a big effort to improve the formula. So, I would recommended this one undoubtedly. Thank you for your work and regards from Spain.
I tried the green version, and it wasn't hydrating enough for my eye area. But I like to use it on my nasolabial folds...I think it works great. But...now I'm intrigued by the new version. Want to try it.
Since I have seen your video I have been incredibly curious to try these. I use to have the Benton fermentation eye cream, but since I am in my 30s I feel the need for a cream that targets signs of aging a little better. I have dry-sensitive skin, prone to rosacea, and I was a little scared at the fragrance and retinol in it at first, so I tried the smaller half-size tubes of the youth lasting one and the 10x revolution one. For both of them, I am incredibly impressed, my eye area look better than when I was in my early 20s which is mind-blowing to me. Secondly I had no reaction whatsoever to any of the creams so far. And lastly, strangely enough, I find that the 10x one feels more thick out of the tube but glides better and keep the hydration longer. But now that winter is coming, I will have the occasion to put it to a stress test with the ultra cold winds of the Netherlands ;) Thank you so much Odile for being such a great guide :D

My main concern is dark circle and sadly the 9th version didn't really improve my situation and caused some bumps occasionally (probably it's too oily since I will apply sunscreen on top of it). I'm currently using the Misa Geum Sul eye cream which you recommended which helped to improve my concern slightly but a bit troubling to apply. I think I will give the 10th version a try later. Indeed! There are obviously limits to what topical treatments can do depending on the nature of a person's dark circles, but I feel like the AHC is better for targeting dryness and wrinkles while the Geum Sul works better on dark circles.

I fell in love with the season 9 and am just now testing the 10th. I must say I was a bit disappointed when I read the ingredient list and saw they switched s09’s Retinal for Retinyl Palmitate in s10, but I do like the texture of the newer one better so I’m a bit torn. Oh and I’ve been using it as my main moisturiser, not just around the eyes
@@ccrisc100 I used to apply it before tret and it was fine. I think it was a really low concentration. But I guess even that could be irritating for people…
I tried the 10th version, and it caused a huge flare on my face. This cream could be #1 selling product in Korea, but not for me. It could be the tiny fragrance that irritates my skin. I now use the remaining tube as hand lotion. $15 for 2 on Amazon, it’s cheap for a reason. I am sticking to my RoC Hydrate + Plump Eye Cream.

They make great sunscreens and make up bases! For serums, they are a bit of a hit or miss, the one that stood out the most is their Mela Root Ampoule to target age spots and brown hyperpigmentation. Their anti-aging serums are OK but at that price point, there are better options out there 🤷♀️

If it helps, it's available on Stylevana at the moment 😎 A person can purchase cosmetics from abroad even if they're made with ingredients that are banned in their home country (unlike what happens with drugs), what is banned is the commercialization of said products within the EU meaning that an individual can purchase these products from Asia for personal use but an EU-based retailer cannot import these products to resell them in EU territories. I'm not sure if they still do it, but a few years ago couriers like DHL even asked people to sign documents saying that the recipient would take responsability for products that might not conform to EU standards, before they delivered a parcel containing cosmetics from Asia.

I tried the season 7 one and sadly my skin couldn't take it. Made me itchy & started to get irritated by. Maybe I can try the other season since I didn't know they had different version of the eye cream. I learnt about it when I read an interview by an actress that swears on it for her youthful skin (forgot the actress name)
I have a question, I may be wrong so forgive me if I am, but I learnt that collagen is not absorbed by the body, not on the skin or orally, than if it is broken to a smaller size it becomes just aminoacids. These products break the collagen molecule in 500 or 1000, isn’t that just aminoacids?
My sister gave me a tube of AHC Essential cream and I want to buy it...I don't see if on AHC...which formula is closest to this? I've used an entire tube and my skin looks incredible...I've even used it on my lips and they appear fuller with no lines. It's amazing. Thanks for your help
They changed the packaging at the beginning of the year, but the formula and the product name are the same. The new packaging is silver with a green stripe at the top.

Isa Knox's Prime Double Effect Eye For All Cream follows the same concept of the AHC Real Eye Cream For Face, it's an eye cream that also doubles as a face moisturiser and it doesn't contain any form of Hyaluronic Acid. I'm not sure why you got that impression but Korea was one of the first countries to use human stem cells in cosmetics around 20 years ago and those brands are really successful to this day. The main reason why you hardly ever hear about these products outside of Korea is that these brands don't sponsor foreign influencers 😬 but yeah I already planned to make a video on the topic soon!

L'oréal tried to copy the concept of AHC with its eye cream for the whole face and they actually delivered; their eye cream is reaaallly good. It's called L'oréal Revitalift Filler Eye Cream For Face.
You could use a proxy service from Korea. They basically order whatever product you wish (beauty or else) from Korea and ship it everywhere in the world. When I was in Europe I used Koreanbuddy for many years (as a long time customer, I even have a referral code in the description box that will give you 5USD off your first order), but I also used shopandbox a couple of times. I preferred Koreanbuddy because it's cheaper and they have more shipping options, whereas shopandbox only ships through DHL. You just need to send them the link to the product on a Korean website (you can find official Korean links in my description box) and they'll do the rest.
To reduce puffiness instead of an eye cream, it would be more helpful to use a cooling massager or a cooling mask. Some eye creams come with cooling metal applicators exactly to help with eye puffiness, the first one that comes to mind is Isoi's Intensive Lifting Spot, which has a similar formula to the 8th edition in this video but it also helps with puffiness.
A 16 year old probably won't need the additional hydration in the under eye area, and someone that age also won't have the loss of collagen common among older people. Using products that are too rich for your skin can result in milia or other forms of congestion, so it's best to avoid using them if your skin doesn't need it.
My three year old has a fine line under her eye. It's normal. You do not need a retinol eye cream if you are 16 (unless you are doing meth but them you would have other problems). In all seriousness, retinol around the eye area can cause other issues too, so why risk it? I always had problems with the cream around the eyes, would get red bumps after using even eye creams (besides the face moisturisers). This was a game changer: elegantly formulated, efficient, a pleasure to use.

My very first eye cream was the one by ahc (season 9). I was really amazed by the list of ingredients. There’s so much of it and fill out the inside of the packaging. But sadly I don’t feel any improvement yet so I stop using it after I finished 1 tube. Can’t wait to try another brand or maybe the other season!
Ps: the ahc eye cream that sold in my country is the “normal” type. They don’t list which season so I’m confused. Maybe for international sales they only offer 1 type.

Tried the 9th version also. Didn't see any improvement to my eyes either. Considering it's the most heavy duty of the three latest versions, ladies and gents, this one is still very lightweight. If you are looking for something hydrating and lightweight for the eyes, this could a nice addition. However, one main reason why I believe this eye cream didn't give me any antiaging results other than added hydration is because let's first talk about the ingredients list is one of the longest lists ever in any skincare products, seems impressive. But sadly all the hero peptide ingredients are on the bottom of the list, making it basically negligible in terms of efficacy because there's so little of it in it that for sure doesn't reach the therapeutic index for it to be effective. Logically speaking, it's virtually impossible for any of the peptides or amazing ingredients to be doing anything if it's at like 0.00000000001%. Just keeping it all the way 💯.

I had several redness and burning results from using it. I try for first time this cream AHC 10. I purchased it in Amazon.
The season 10 version? May be because it has Retinyl Palmitate.
I have been using the season 9 AHC cream religiously after your video discussing it and when I went to rebuy it (for like the 3rd time) I found that there was a season 10 and got it, instead. I was also skeptical of season 10 because my skin is as dry as you described yours to be and season 9 had been perfect. I'm so happy you made a video on this because now I think I will stick to season 10 because of all of the new improvements to the formula. Thank you so much for your insight!

Hi Odile. I love your videos. They are really informative and we can see how hard you work to do them. I tried some versions of this eye cream along the years (my eye area is dry, so I need it in my routine) and I really wanted to like them but no success. They never finished to convince me. Last one, version 9. Disapointed, I decided to give the last opportunity to version 10 and I must say this one is a spot on for my skin type. I love very much the texture and I'm getting very good results in my skin (mature combination skin, dry in eye area). I think AHC made a big effort to improve the formula. So, I would recommended this one undoubtedly. Thank you for your work and regards from Spain.
I tried the green version, and it wasn't hydrating enough for my eye area. But I like to use it on my nasolabial folds...I think it works great.
But...now I'm intrigued by the new version. Want to try it.

Since I have seen your video I have been incredibly curious to try these. I use to have the Benton fermentation eye cream, but since I am in my 30s I feel the need for a cream that targets signs of aging a little better. I have dry-sensitive skin, prone to rosacea, and I was a little scared at the fragrance and retinol in it at first, so I tried the smaller half-size tubes of the youth lasting one and the 10x revolution one.
For both of them, I am incredibly impressed, my eye area look better than when I was in my early 20s which is mind-blowing to me. Secondly I had no reaction whatsoever to any of the creams so far. And lastly, strangely enough, I find that the 10x one feels more thick out of the tube but glides better and keep the hydration longer. But now that winter is coming, I will have the occasion to put it to a stress test with the ultra cold winds of the Netherlands ;)

My main concern is dark circle and sadly the 9th version didn't really improve my situation and caused some bumps occasionally (probably it's too oily since I will apply sunscreen on top of it). I'm currently using the Misa Geum Sul eye cream which you recommended which helped to improve my concern slightly but a bit troubling to apply. I think I will give the 10th version a try later. Unfortunately dark circles are often hereditary and don't really respond to topical treatments.
Indeed! There are obviously limits to what topical treatments can do depending on the nature of a person's dark circles, but I feel like the AHC is better for targeting dryness and wrinkles while the Geum Sul works better on dark circles.

I fell in love with the season 9 and am just now testing the 10th. I must say I was a bit disappointed when I read the ingredient list and saw they switched s09’s Retinal for Retinyl Palmitate in s10, but I do like the texture of the newer one better so I’m a bit torn.
Oh and I’ve been using it as my main moisturiser, not just around the eyes

It's probably because retinal is way more irritating than retinol esters, so it may have been too strong for their customers.
Retinol should not be used around the eyes. There's been studies saying that long-term use actually is detrimental

I tried the 10th version, and it caused a huge flare on my face. This cream could be #1 selling product in Korea, but not for me. It could be the tiny fragrance that irritates my skin. I now use the remaining tube as hand lotion. $15 for 2 on Amazon, it’s cheap for a reason. I am sticking to my RoC Hydrate + Plump Eye Cream.

They make great sunscreens and make up bases! For serums, they are a bit of a hit or miss, the one that stood out the most is their Mela Root Ampoule to target age spots and brown hyperpigmentation. Their anti-aging serums are OK but at that price point, there are better options out there 🤷♀️

A person can purchase cosmetics from abroad even if they're made with ingredients that are banned in their home country (unlike what happens with drugs), what is banned is the commercialization of said products within the EU meaning that an individual can purchase these products from Asia for personal use but an EU-based retailer cannot import these products to resell them in EU territories.
I'm not sure if they still do it, but a few years ago couriers like DHL even asked people to sign documents saying that the recipient would take responsability for products that might not conform to EU standards, before they delivered a parcel containing cosmetics from Asia.

I have a question, I may be wrong so forgive me if I am, but I learnt that collagen is not absorbed by the body, not on the skin or orally, than if it is broken to a smaller size it becomes just aminoacids. These products break the collagen molecule in 500 or 1000, isn’t that just aminoacids?

I'm not sure why you got that impression but Korea was one of the first countries to use human stem cells in cosmetics around 20 years ago and those brands are really successful to this day. The main reason why you hardly ever hear about these products outside of Korea is that these brands don't sponsor foreign influencers 😬 but yeah I already planned to make a video on the topic soon!

I was talking abaut the 10-th new version.
You could use a proxy service from Korea. They basically order whatever product you wish (beauty or else) from Korea and ship it everywhere in the world. When I was in Europe I used Koreanbuddy for many years (as a long time customer, I even have a referral code in the description box that will give you 5USD off your first order), but I also used shopandbox a couple of times. I preferred Koreanbuddy because it's cheaper and they have more shipping options, whereas shopandbox only ships through DHL. You just need to send them the link to the product on a Korean website (you can find official Korean links in my description box) and they'll do the rest.

To reduce puffiness instead of an eye cream, it would be more helpful to use a cooling massager or a cooling mask. Some eye creams come with cooling metal applicators exactly to help with eye puffiness, the first one that comes to mind is Isoi's Intensive Lifting Spot, which has a similar formula to the 8th edition in this video but it also helps with puffiness.

They're all anti-wrinkle creams, but the formulas have different sensoriality so it's mainly a matter of personal preference!

A 16 year old probably won't need the additional hydration in the under eye area, and someone that age also won't have the loss of collagen common among older people. Using products that are too rich for your skin can result in milia or other forms of congestion, so it's best to avoid using them if your skin doesn't need it.

My three year old has a fine line under her eye. It's normal. You do not need a retinol eye cream if you are 16 (unless you are doing meth but them you would have other problems). In all seriousness, retinol around the eye area can cause other issues too, so why risk it?
