Hey good video I’ve been following along, for the spacer get one from GM that comes on the 6.0 with the 4L80 that bolts right to the fly wheel, I used a cheap Amazon spacer on my LS swap at first and it failed very quickly lol
Thanks for the recommendation! I was gonna buy a flex plate that came with one but that’s a good alternative for sure!
Just letting you know, you can get like $4-500 for that rear bumper and brackets. The ones without the impact strips are extremely hard to find and even harder to find in good shape.
Awesome. If it was that simple to wire up I may have to look into LS swapping my s10. Idk if u done it or not but make sure to turn off the 4cyl mode on the motor. That's a killer of ls motors. Can't wait to see the paint job.
This one don’t have a DOD thankfully because it’s the 2003 not the newer engine that has the 4 cylinder mode. It is really simple to swap these in for sure.

Do you know if rust oleum bed liner would hold up good on like plastic bumpers or plastic trims etc?
Im planning on using a raptor gun to spray my trims and bumpers on my FJ cruiser because i can’t afford raptor and already have a few gallons of rust oleum liner.
Im assuming with proper prep work and maybe adhesion promoter it should be good?
The Rustoleum liner lasted me years before I painted over it and still currently on there after 5yrs so it should be good but wouldn’t use the can stuff only the spray on gallon stuff. If you did a light roll on first coat then spray line the 2nd coat it will work best! I of course recommend proper prep
