"Pawn Stars" follows three generations of the Harrison family as they assess the value of items coming in and out of their Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas, from the commonplace to the truly historic. - Розваги
The look chum gave Corey when they made the deal was so funny
U ruined it 🤫🤫
The expert doesn't know bikes. The appeal of a Harley is the unique sound of the engine due to the engines design.
@@chicagojonesy google the expert. He is a true Harley expert and a custom bike builder. He knows what hes talking about. And idk what you're talking about with engine sound. I've heard every harley engine back to the late 60s and they all sound the same. Obnoxiously loud. I like certain loud vehicles, such as V8s and diesels, but Harleys are just obnoxious. People only buy them because of the name. If Harley put their name on a crotch rocket, people would buy it because of the name.
It was staged
,
I like how Corey said he was guna get it for himself but he used reselling it as a part of the negotiation lol
@@hxhdfjifzirstc894 the stores money is partially his money and he is allegedly going to buy it for himself.
Iv seen everybody besides the old man on this show use some scummy practices to get a better price. He isnt the only one iv seen do this.
@@grungelives it is not deceptive at all , he wants it for himself , but he still has an option to sell it , he owns a pawnshop , its understandable.
thats how rick does it too with his books o they sit for a while then at the end he keeps it for himself.
didn't lowball because he wants the bike for himself
textmachine09 otherwise he would have stopped at $10K.
I have a 2012 susuki dr 650 road trail my front wheel is skinny like the one on this bike i like thicker wheels
benjamin fromholtz That's a nice bike, I love the DR650
@@GiuseppeSimonetti My dream bike is a 1990 Ducati Paso, in red and white. My friend, who owns a motorcycle shop, has one for $4,000, but I'm 15 and have no money.
@@alexandercurtis4427 just save up your money brother and you'll have one someday. Start working small and easy jobs. If you like bikes get a job at a motorcycle shop or garage.
Hahahahaha. The look on Chumlees face after Corey agrees to 13500$.
Chum was like WHAAAAT... when they made the deal at $13,500 :D
Corey "And This is IT Huh" & Im not Gonna Loose This Bike Over Two Hundred Dollars" Harrison
The last place I’d sell a vintage Harley is to a pawn shop .
Absolutely the pawn shop is the last resort, their mark up is high and they pay low.
Most people that go to this shop just want to be on TV.
To be fair, I wouldn’t sell a used tuna can to a pawn shop lol.
I saw A LOT of vintage Harley's for sale in pawn shops,in Vegas a couple of years ago. This pawn shop ain't the only place in town.I'm sure MOST of those customers probably thought the same thing."The last place I'd ever"..."I'll never"....etc.I've found SOO many nice things in pawn shops over the years;I'm mighty glad THOSE people hocked THOSE items!!
My first thought as well.
"SOUNDS GOOD MAN. QUIET." 😂
"Do you mind" every one says yes when the mean no... every single time.
Donny Loos
Is a great builder in Cincinnati among the best out there for decades.
19 grand is over the top though. Looks like an after market frame. rims breaks etc. The front end and drive line is all that's 1951.
Thats an 11.000 dollar hardtail at best.
Best I can do is the old man’s dentures and a half can of soda. And I’m still taking a huge risk!
The only reason Corey came anywhere near the price his expert said was because he's buying it for himself, otherwise he'd be lucky to have gotten even 10 for it
Exactly, these things are almost impossible to sell
@@dangrimes5078 not really dude, been makin a living building, buying and sellin AMF era harleys for 7 years to this day, im 26 and these bikes are in high demand right now🤷♂️
It is a panhead and a solid sounding panhead too.. Usually these bikes sound like a blender on high with firecrackers and bolts in it. Ive seen panhead motors alone go for 8 grand.
Corey lied through his teeth to this dude.
Don loos is a beast bike builder and a legend. This bike is worth more.
He should have stayed with 15k
He probably would have got it
Babbey
that was a steal at 13 five
Yup; because he wanted it for himself.
Not worth that.
Most a Harley price is $6000.
Sell it in Europe,20.000-25000 Euro, not Dollars
Corey says...I want it for my own collection...then says I'm going to have to repaint it to sell it.
The seller doesn’t know he’s using the pawn shop as a front to have the bike in his collection
Everything is for sale.
@@lukasgarage956 my booty isn't.
@@trikkerman1 lol it is for the right price
@@trikkerman1 Be careful what you say.
Why do they always say *'so this is it huh'* Ah derr, of course it's it.
I guess it's to get the bit going
I am intrigued and pleased everytime i see chumlee making a deal on his own being ridiculed by everyone
Nah, this is not it, it’s the other one. Duh!🤣
I took a shot every time they said "man" and now can not find my keyboard.
this is like the holy grails of 1951panhead sucker punch rally bikes
Rick: Best I can do is some toilet paper and a wet towel and I'm taking a risk here
Chetan Rathore I'm going have to frame it and it'll take up room on my shelf
He is not taking a risk sounds more like he is taking a dump there.
LMAO
Little did you know that toilet paper would of been worth some money
Chum was speechless when Corey bought the bike for 13500$
I’ve never seen a comment worth a like more then this one lol
1:49 haha real convincing chumley
"I'm not going to lose the bike over $200"
"...okay so can you go $13,700?"
This is the cat's meow.
Half a pack of juicy fruit, and I'm taking the risk here.
The smaller pan is same size as the knuckle. I believe it 62inch?
And the knuckle was the first enclosed non flathead Harley. Not the Pan
Pan was the first 74 inch non flat head.
Just fyi. The UL was a 80 inch flathead and VL was the 74 inch Flathead. And thier was the 45" also
The Harley stayed at the 74" until 1980.
In 1980 you could get the shovel ( nose cone) in 80 inch.
The shovel started in 1965, with the bottom end of the pan and knuckle.
In 1970 the lower end was changed to the nose cone. Also this was the first year the vin was on the frame and motor. Prior to this Harley numbers were only on the motor.
In 1984 the evo came out ( block head) but the nose remained.
The nose cone stayed on past 1987.
This means that you could put knuckle heads on a bottom end past 1997. And you could put evo upper on a lower end of a knuckle. And mismatches of all those between.
Frame wise you could bolt right in any knuckle to evo engine into a evo frame.
And ANY Evo or older engine into a a Panhead frame.
Also the UL and VL bolt right into any from frame from thier own, knuckle up to the evo frame.
A lot of people go crazy over the pan. I like the evo, and the shovel is also a good engine.
However, the knuckle and pan are the real oil leaders.
This is because the cases are made as a set . And many sets have been mismatch which causes oil leaks. Add to this the scoring of someone useing a flathead screw drive to split the cases. This can be said of the pre 1970 shovel as well.
Another FYI. 74" equals 1200cc, 80 is 1340cc, and 62 is 900 (or 883) 45" is a 750 ( k model and service car) and I do not recall the cubic inch 1000cc Sportster. And yes the panhead and shovelhead and 1200 sporty are all 74". And yes the 900 ironhead and the 883 evo sporty are the same cubic inch. However the 900s shift and brake were on opposite sides of what they are now. I believe the K model, which is the precursor to the sporty, also had backwards shifts. This was to combat the European bikes. Also the K model was a flathead. BUT. You can swap the upper of a 900 sporty to one. Many K models became Sportster.
So you can in effect. Take a 1940 knuckle, put evo heads and cylinders and make a 1940 80" or 1340.
You can also swap that transmissions between all these non sportsters if you change to the primer for the trans.
So you can have a 1940. Knuckle with a 6 speed trans and electric starter.
Or a 1936 VL flathead with a 6 speed trans and starter.
And the most a used Harley is worth is $6000. And a new one is the toilet paper you just wiped your bottom with.
Harley many times throughout history has stubbed thier nose up at loyal Harley owners.
Did you just copy that out of a Harley coffee table book?
Chum’s face was priceless
Chum Lee's reaction at the end like wtf Corey you just overpaid
at least corey didn't low ball him there to start. 10 - 13 is a good price.
Please don't comment
Rick would've gave him like 9k
No Harley is worth that.
The top price for a Harley is 6k
@@pychohobo1832 once again, stay outta the comments bruh you dont know what your talking about...alot of us do this for a living😘
Great job Chum Lee!! Impressive!
I love the rare times the expert agrees with the sellers asking price
The guy selling this bike is my buddy Mark little do people know the expert they brought in Chris is also friends with Mark but pawn stars won’t tell you that 😂😂
Seems like something was up the way they edited that piece when he mentioned his expert. And then Corey did a voiceover saying that the guy rebuilds Harleys. I sort of thought that the guy had made some comment like you're not going to bring in Chris are you? Or something. Corey popped in with that voiceover for some reason.
Corey has an awkward handshake like it's not natural or he is trying to hard lol
Calls expert ends up test riding it himself lol
The fact that you sold it to Corey, takes your man card for life!
4:27 Chamlee's face like 'Seriously?' 😂
Chris knows his way around the bike man cool dudes
Haymaker Handshake Man strikes a mean motorcycle deal once again. Good job Corey!
If you pause the video at 0:48 seconds you can see Chum trying to keep his shorts from falling off. I guess he needed to wear a belt!
one of the best episode...
he looks so natural riding that bike
Change the name of the show to “let me call a friend”
Cool! Love it!! *Thumbs Up*
Cory, you did good on that 51 PAN . The paint and pinstripes were true to the era. My buddy just bought a 1965 PAN,in boxes for $6000.00 New cylinders and top end,no carb =$500.00 and no inner or outer primary . Hey ,you guys going to sell the "old mans" roadster? Let me know, thanks.
MR BROWN USED TO RIDE THAT BIKE BACK IN THE DAY AND GOT ALONG FAMOUSLY WITH IT!
Mr.brown rides all of you famously
I think youre confusing me with yourself
Rammzilla
Rammzilla
Great comeback!! I would never have thought of something as weak at that!!
clearly you havent thought of anything better since youve used the same combacks :p
Mr.brown wont let me fuck off
He told Chum... “Aight Homie” 😂😂😂😂
Lowballing is what these guys do. I wouldn't have sold it to them for that.
The bike retails for 15k, he got a great offer at 13.5, especially considering that it’s for his personal collection
I dont watch TV, watching this gives me more reason than ever not to start.
Idk, I liked the paint job, the voodoo doll was pretty cool.
"reach over there" guy just cant hold back the drug deal talk
EL was 61 cubic inches (1000 cc) FL 74 cubic inches (1200 cc), EL vibrated less but less torque.
Chum was shocked Hoss did the deal.
He wants this for his personal collection then said I have to repaint it to resell it??? Which one is it?
That's what I was thinking... I mean that's the whole point of having a CUSTOM bike... you don't see many bikes with a voodoo doll on it so why even bother wasting money to repaint it I say it looks cool
Lmao. You've never bought or sold something
Billy K. Ur stupid, if he told him he liked it than the seller would use it against him.
It's not that cool of a paint job.
Billy K. How can you not understand basic negotiation tactics dude 🤦♂️
“What’s the difference between an FL and an EL🤔?”
If ever you questioned if this show is scripted lol
If you need the cash and you are trying to get back what you have into the bike def dont take it to these guys ! LOL
I like how they say.."we gotta paint it" like that's yo problem
"I want this for my personal collection"..."I have to repaint it to sell it"...damn, wanna keep it or sell it, lowballer?
Hard to believe that show still on TV
"I have a friend" ...the "friend" has his shop in the Los Angeles area, another state, several hours away.
Why does this seller always look like he left the sink running at home or something LOL
Beautiful bike
The Harley- "BLUB BLUB BLUB BLUB!!!!!!!!!!!"
Guy- sounds good its quiet
3:33 he shakes Corey's hand twice 🤣 🤣 🤣
That was chum
Now that's a cool old school bike!!!
It wouldn't sell on the JJ for 15000 thats for sure.
3:34 ayy him and chum are homies😎
The guy selling the bike looks like Corey Taylor from SlipKnot
Yeah, man, you know that thing, man, that one thing, man? Yeah, man, that thing. Man.
Oh... Hahaha hahaha omg wait...... That wasnt funny at all
Ok man
Awesome bike💯
“I’ve a friend in town, you mind if I bring him in” never heard that before
philoman23 philoman23 That's what she said
Colm Phillips when they were filming the so called
Experts were already there waiting to come in
it was built by Donny Loos...of course it;s gonna be cool and rock it..sweet bike. Wish Sucker Punch was still making bikes.
Awesome bike!!!
If you pause the video at 0:48 you'll notice Chamlee's pants are falling down! Hahah
We Blab Entertainment hahahahaha nice observation buddy
He wanted the bike said it was going to have to be repainted. This dude just got himself a deal on a motorcycle.
Chumlee gives Corey a look that says, "Are you stupid?"
Love that bike
Guy stands there for 3 minutes, hears is started, says yeah its pretty mechanically sound. Wut
a good mechanic can tell if the engine runs good or not just by the sound.
I don't think the word "sound" means "sound 🔊" in this context
But said it show never knew how it got on TV
Who else wanted too count the times these guys said "man"?...lol
Brother brother, chummy haha
Did you see chump lee face... That amazing.
I went back to look and you were correct, it was hilarious
That bike was on the episode of counting cars, when they wanted to buy the bike
The holy grail of framing and taking all the risk.
Corey: I'm not a good mechanic. [struggle is enough just lifting my feet to walk]
I 😍 Corey passionate over a bike cuz he's not gonna loose it over some dollars..
I would keep it just like that..nice old sled
Mr. Brown rode that panhead famously
that look on chumlee face on 02:40 is "i hope you crash as well"
Rick: Best i cab do is 10 bucks and 3 paper clips, and im taking a risk there
Real original 👍
What's the song in the background, starting from 0:23 ?
Luv that panhead!
Guy ask me a while back if I wanted to take his pan head for a ride....?
I said....
I'm afraid I just keep on riding and wouldnd come back.
Took an item to a pawnshop and asked for their expert to look at it. They told me to hold my breath…
Again, lowballing the customer .. If you notice they always say the market is soft. No it's not for Harleys. The price never goes down at least for the older ones that are this nice.
Nice bike 👍😲
Corey calls the EXPERT to check it out..but just like Rick does ..he not the EXPERT takes it for a ride..lol
Chum: 13,000 that's high enough
Me: Chum I understand the script is telling you 2 Say that but shut up.
Corey was drooling 🤤 to steal it
Wow this thing is Ice!!
Nice bike👍
It was a personal buy for himself. Nice bike. Good deal.
i wish they still made panheads i like the panheads
A quiet Harley are you kidding!
That thing was crazy noisy!
The knucklehead was the motor that made Harley cool.
chums like don't fall in love with it ..........too late
That offer is Low..........IS IT??..... LMAO!!
