Wow! I want to grow them as a clump but I guess they are faster to propagate separately? Thanks for sharing! I have a video unboxing of the Truncata Fuji Var from you :)
I like the way you presented the propagation process. Very informative. I often did the same with leaf propagation. I understand that you must keep the whole leaf down to the base. However, I could not make them root because they always begin to dry out from the base to the top. The base of the leaf just upon removal is always thin and papery and this one dries first. Do I have to cut it down? How much to cut?
Kept waiting for ur new vlog. Very informative as always. Ur hawos are so amazing! Quick question. Aside from the fine akadama, nutricote, starkle g and coarse compost, what type of base soil did u use on the video? Thanks! Cheers to more vlog this 2021!
thank you Ryayn 😊🙏 My main soilmix is 4 part akadama 4 part kanuma 1 part vermicast 1 part coarse compost I will show you on how to make it on the next vid 🍻
First comment, Great video! Whats the name of the compost you used? (I didn't catch the name) and also the fertilizer? And also, how much a little pup of the variegated is worth?
Thank you 🙏😍 I use Coarse Compost from Ace Hardware and Nutricote 13-13-13 with Trace elements The pups are not for sale yet, though similar variegated truncatas will be released most probably in the last week of January with the price ranges from 5-7k PHP depends on the size, type and variegation. Please follow our fb page for updates on the next upcoming sale 😊🙏 thanks facebook.com/variegatedgems/
Thanks so much, I already follow you on IG, will follow on FB too. can you please also recomend a soil mix for a grafted lophophora fricci cristata? Or you are more specialized now into haworthias?
you can water the next day kasi tuyo na yung sugat nila and dry naman yung soilmix... tapos once a week or whenever the akadama toppings is dry moving forward..
to combat the heat in the tropics i have fans om 8 hours during the day and hours during the night it’s on a timer 😊 and the Thai Constellation is real 😅 got bit by the plantdemic trend bug 😅
@@VariegatedGems thank you so much! Love the video as well ❤ very informative and you make potting look so relaxing and easy! I always struggle to pot my hawos so that they are centered nicely, so it always feels like a lot of work 😆
I get it from Ace Hardware or you could try your local garden shop. You can also replace the coarse compost by mixing 1 part soil-less garden soil and 1 part pumice 😊
ako din ahaha 🤣 practice muna sa mga di variegated clumps para may idea ka panu gawin maayos.. siguro mga 5 behead gets na gets mo na panu gawin hehe 😉
Ganda ng hawo
Great video, thanks.

@@VariegatedGems wow, did not know these are so expensive...
👏 👏 👏
Thanks for sharing sir... but when and how do you water these new propagations po? after 7 days? bottom watering? misting? ;)
you can water the next day kasi tuyo na yung sugat nila and dry naman yung soilmix... tapos once a week or whenever the akadama toppings is dry moving forward..
@@VariegatedGems Thanks a lot for sharing sir... :) I read kasi na moisture is what triggers them to root. I was wondering if misting is enuf?
I use cupping or dome effect using party cups.. I will include this ina Q&A portion of the vid next tome for further details
@@VariegatedGems Thank u po ;)
What exactly is course compost? It looks like gravel or rocks?
Are those Thai constellation Monsteras real?
Any tips for a haworthia growing trying to get into tropicals?

Stakle G if you have pets and keeping them indoors 😊
Did you get the plant with pups or did it shoot offsets in your care? If latter, how long did it take to get offsets?
