Thank you for captioning the words you are saying. My daughter is deaf and would so appreciate being able to watch this. This is wonderful. There are lots of deaf sewers who will really benefit from this
Sara, You are such a great instructor. I am learning so much from the sewing Sewing Machine Mastery classes, Sewtopia, and all of the others! I appreciate your enthusiasm--you can draw more "customers" with honey than you can ever can with vinegar! Thanks for being a "honey" business owner! Lois Heron
I have one of these rulers and I love it! It makes such quick work of the half square triangles. I had not seen it used for the pinwheel blocks. Thank you for the demonstration.
This model of Babylock does not have pressure adjustment. You will need to sew a few stitches, stop, and raise the presser foot each time to let the fabric relax. Have fun sewing!
Great job of demonstrating the Wonder Cut Ruler. If you do other videos of the Quilter's Rule products let me know and we will link and feature them on our website and facebook pages. Jim
Just found this ruler in with all my well used ones and wondered what it was for .... now I'm wondering why I bought it as I've never used it and yet have made this type of block block many times.
Thank you for your quick reply. Do the blocks have names? Could you, or would you be able to show the finished runner, or give the dimensions of the blocks. Again thank you. Janette
Great demo. How do you know what size blocks to cut when making the 3 part square? I need to make a few hundred 4 part triangles that need to finish at 5". When I look at the square when finished, the top 1/4 tri is a light colour, the two side 1/4 tri's are a med colour of the SAME colour and the bottom 1/4 Tri is a dark colour. I have no idea what size strips or squares to cut to get this block. Any suggestions?
I really like the table runner - is there a pattern - I have watched the video numerous time but would like the pattern to work on my own. Thank you. Janette
