I would love to see you do one like this with the same color but the top/bottom color do a semi-transparent green background. I think the transparent green would make the bloom more realistic. Even if you do purple petals with a transparent green background would make the bloom pop also.

Hey Julie! You are on a roll...another hits the all time favorite list! It's just beautiful. I wasn't sure about the Merlot at first but what a perfect choice, it really pulls from the center color and the darker powder on the roses. Love the mold too. Absolutely gorgeous! Of course I was referring to the puppies! :) The resin piece is stunning! One thing I wasn't a fan of was the silver center. I think it took away some of the depth (3D affect) of the piece. It would be lovely to see one without the stones in the middle. Don't comment often, but I do enjoy your work, Julie!
