I've been using your videos to improve myself. Your advice and techniques are very valid to me. Thank you so much for sharing this knowledge. Thank you.
I spent most of my life living an unhealthy sedentary lifestyle. Over the last 7 months I have been using your videos to help gain mobility, and awareness of muscles I didn't know I had. My body was covered in thick knots everywhere. Now I'm standing differently, hold myself differently. Your techniques and advice are helping me get healthier, stronger, and faster.
The largest clump of lack of mobility I have is behind my shoulders and in my arm pits. It seems to be connected to my lower back, and my chest. Do you have any advice on mobilizing the muscle lump in that area?
    Thank you again.

Thanks Dr. Nguyen, tried all of these exercises, but don’t have a favorite only because I don’t have the flexibility in my upper body that I thought I did. Give me a few months with your exercises and I know I will improve. You are a blessing at a time when I was searching for help with my upper body flexibility 💪

sir, i just came across your channel. I underwent a spinal surgery for disk herniation 5 years ago. i.e. when i was 20 years old but recently i have started to experience lower back pain and entire back stiffness. I cannot exercise much apart from 2-3 exercises that i was told but i'm not getting much relief. Also, i am suppose to lose weight, atleast 8 kgs more. But i am finding it difficult just with the diet and minimum exercise. what would be your advice be and plz recommend a correct plan to proceed. Thankyou. From India.
