thank you so much. have been struggling with severe pain in a knee recently and have been to see a doctor, had an X-ray taken, spoke with a knee surgeon specialist and am soon to be consulting a physiotherapist. Will give these exercises a go while I am waiting for my physio appointment.

Dr. Just Doing the Long Bend Exercises Put so Much Circulation in My Knee Immediately Started Feeling Better. Play Racquet Sports Outdoors. This is helping already. I have used the Wed Bands and now the Long Bends and it works. Thank you. FYI: I am 72 and extremely Active.

Does chair height matter for the first exercise? My chair is too tall for my short ass, and my thighs aren’t fully on the chair, so it’s a bit harder to pull the leg fully up to 180°

@@Activchiro Oh thanks. So for example, I do a sit-up. When I put my legs out knees pointing up, I can feel one side foot not able to grip the ground. It’s like a sore, not sharp, type of pain thats there when I do some things. Would you know some good stretches? It’s only when my foot bends backward to the Achilles on one foot.

Should I do these exercises every day
Im 66 yrs of age and mildly fit until falling off a plant box onto concrete on right knee resulting in a medial meniscus tear and fracture injury last July 2022 . Only began these stretches and also hydro 2-3 times a week advised by rehab planner and adviser since March this year and fare results with much less pain and mobility . Knee specialist has suggested or diagnosed a better result would be knee replacement but I’m very sceptical after hearing many horrific stories but some good outcomes also . Do u believe these exercises would be even better than what I’ve been doing to avoid surgery . Hope u find this message and reply soon Tysm 🙏🤞

When i do seated knee extension my patella hurt a lot , earlier it cured after suregery and cycling but i stopped exercise ,now i can do seated leg extension , knee hurt anybody have any idea ?

Maybe you shouldn't show the leg extension since it creates a pin point of pressure in the knee as it is open chain?
