- Come Farm With Me! I guess you'll have to decide whether our farm is "AVERAGE" or not... (Equipment Tour 2024) - Howdy, Name's Elijah. I'm 15, 4th Generation Farmer. We Farm 2000 Acres of Corn and Soybeans in Central Virginia. I Run the Grain Cart with a John Deere 8235R and Corn Planter with a John Deere 7530.
Have a blessed day y'all!
Matthew 6:34 ESV
“Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
Thank you and your family for all of the hard work. It’s because of farmers like you and others, I’m able to eat everyday. God Bless!
Thank's 4 showing us around. I cant believe how much equipment and trucks u all have. And such a beautiful area of Virginia. Liked the longer hair, let it grow some looking a little cutly looks good on u . Nice tan also. God bless u and your family. Pray u don't get to much rsin from the storm cuming. Take csre and God bless!
So GQQD to see ya back Elijah, and wow you and your brother grown up , like them weeds in between your equipment 💪😆 loved the new videos , seeing some drone footage , all your fantastic equipment , I pray your harvest is better then what you all except due to drought , and now getting rain to keep ya out . BLESSINGS UPON BLESSINGS , suppose to be the greatest year to be alive and witness , prophetically speaking ✝️🎺
We’ll can’t wait tell the next one , There just something so unique about your videos over the others your age has , one thing your very genuine, smile is contagious, and such a joy for each new day .
God bless 🙌❤️
Thank you so much! We really appreciate the prayer. God bless.
I love the farm tours. Your family does so much and it's interesting to see how it is all arranged. Your truck does look a little advanced from the last time you toured the property; when do you think you will actually be able to drive it legally? It looks like a project for after crops. Nice to see the brothers too; grown so much from those early videos. Thank you.
Thanks! I should be able to this winter, probably closer to spring time.
You are doing awesome work on the farm
I really appreciate it!
@@OneFieldAttaTimehave a awesome day and weekend
I enjoyed the tour. It was most interesting to see all the vehicles and machinery. Thanks for sharing and educating us. Farming today requires a lot of technology and expertise.
Glad you enjoyed it!
You're doing a great job there Elijah and Company! I'm not qualified to judge whether or not y'all's farm is average or not, but it looks like it's big enough to feed half the state of Virginia, and then some! It is so encouraging to see young men like you and your friends/kin/cohorts taking pride in working the farm, a truly admirable profession. Keep on keeping on Elijah and Company...you guys truly rock!
Hi Elijah!
I really enjoy your videos, you do a great job with the camera work/editing and explaining things! You're always upbeat and happy sounding, don't ever loose that! Thanks for the tour, love your truck and the 47 Ford. Yep I've put a few cars/trucks together, takes time but is so much fun when you get them together and can use them. Stay safe and healthy sir!
Hey there. Thank you! I appreciate that. You as well.
Elijah it’s been a while since you’ve posted and my have you grown up since then. Love that 78 ford truck growing up dad had one and that truck would pull out anything we hook up too ! Your truck has great potential!! As always another great video!! God bless you and your family 🙏
Thank you! God bless.
Nasz drogi przyjacielu - wspaniały odcinek ! Pozdrawiamy i całujemy !!
Thank you!
Elijah been a while since you posted a stream, missed them. Glad to see you back. Thanks for the tour. This city dude appreciates it. Have a blessed day also.
I appreciate it!
@@OneFieldAttaTime my grandpa had a farm he had cattle. My mom the youngest so I never got to experience that. So this is not cattle but corn and beans but it makes me think of my family, if that makes sense.
Elijah, such a great tour. You are so knowledgeable and thank you for explaining all the equipment and buildings as well as their uses. God bless you, future leader!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you, God bless.
Just found you yesterday. Have watched everything I can so for. You make me think back when I was a teenager and working on the farm. Things have changed over the years. Oh yes don't worry about your hair length. You look really good just the way you are. Keep the videos coming and blessings to you and your family.
Thank you! Haha, I appreciate it. Absolutely, thanks for taking the time to comment.
Thanks!
Absolutely, thank you!
More on growing up in a small farming town with small, poor produce farms. Two things I learned from working on my grandfather's farm and neighboring farms. One, a farmer only moves when he intends to accomplish something. No treadmills for him. Two, a farmer gets his muscles by working, not by working out. No barbells needed. lol [Also, on small farms, new equipment meant it was third hand. When my grandfather needed a new truck, my father bought a car that had been rear ended and totaled. He cut off the back half and installed a flat bed. Hey, want to see my new pickup!] Your farm is so different from my experiences as a teen.
Looks like you had a bit of a growth spirt. You're a fine young man. Keep up the good work and remember, with all that equipment, to always keep safety 1st. 😺😺
Thanks, will do!
One more thing. I love how you are fixing up vehicles that most, i.e. all, would have given up on. You are getting a real education that few receive anymore. The average 15-19 year-old guy spends seven hours a day on social media, video games, and watching TV. What has he learned? For one thing, no survival skills. I drove a 70 Olds Cutlass for 484,000 miles. I always carried a few parts, a hydraulic jack/jack stand, snow tires, and tools in the trunk. [Nothing like road-side repairs in the weather.]
Awesome video! Looking forward to the next one already. Cool fact about the ignition in your truck... knowing that bit of history makes it even more interesting.
Thank you! I know, I think it’s so cool.
You look happy to be at it again, and we're happy to check out your 2024 harvest posts. You're always on top of your game! Your channel is one of the best, if not the best!! Your pleasant personality makes it all possible! I Enjoy your channel immensely! PTL🚜🚜🚜⚡️⚡️
Thanks so much! Have a blessed rest of your week.
Hey bud, enjoyed the farm tour. Looks like your getting a little long in the hair. 😂 Your old truck is coming along with the parts and all. The little brother is almost as tall as you. Be fun and be careful. Old Hickory, TN. 🇺🇸
Like the Ford shirt you have on 👍

Sorry, my finger were to happy on me. 😏
Hey there! Just a bit… 😂 Thanks, stay safe man!
You work very hard and have a this is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it attitude.
Hi Elijah, Always nice to see an episode of your daily life on the farm. What a beautiful state you live in and since I love American country life, I always enjoy watching videos that you and many others make. How you harvest, what machines are used but also the beautiful surroundings that change every time as the seasons change. Do you have a lot of snow in the winter? ...anyway... Nowadays only nonsense is broadcast on TV and as soon as that misery starts I zap to UA-cam to watch content that you and others make. I call that pure TV. Thank you for another nice video and as always I look forward to the next one. Until next time. Greeeetz from The Netherland
Hey there! Thank you very much. We haven’t gotten much recently. I remember we had a monster snow a several years ago. (At least I thought so when I was little, haha) I completely agree with you about TV.
@@OneFieldAttaTime Do you also like winter with all its facets? And do you do activities related to Farming?
The misery that is broadcast on TV makes me sad and depressing. That is why UA-cam is a nice replacement. I like to watch videos about Farming, nice cars and now and then some gaming. That makes me happy again and keeps my thoughts sharp.
I would also like to leave Europe to go farming myself, but unfortunately there is not much in it apart from a holiday to America. I am a bus driver in a small town with all the villages around it. The contact with the local farmers who get into my bus is also very nice and I learn a lot from it.
I look forward to a new episode of your life on the farm. Have a nice weekend
I do enjoy winter, it’s just a little too chilly for me. Thanks, I should have a new video out next week! You have a great weekend.
@@OneFieldAttaTime thank you. A bit late but... lol
Hi Elijah,
The image that shows up on the UA-cam feed for this video (I don't know what that image is called) anyway, it shows you holding a pair of keys with the tractor in the background - and I'm thinking to myself - maybe Elijah is offering to let me test drive that wonderful JD green machine. (Made me laugh at the thought/idea.) Hope you're having a wonderful day kiddo. God Bless you. (And "Yes" I'm looking forward to your next video. I still have some of your shorts to watch, but your long ones are the BEST.) Take care buddy.
Haha, I appreciate it. You as well.
Waving at you from England! It makes me smile when I get notified you've uploaded a new one!
Thanks for another really good video and a tour around the equipment and trucks you've got, was really interesting. Your truck is coming along well, I love the rather unusual green colour paintwork to it. I look forward to seeing you driving around in it sometime.
I think I remember from a previous video at a truck pull event that the one in the trailer was called Cash Crop or something like that. Do you name all the other trucks and equipment?
Anyway, have a super week and take care of yourself.
Hi there! Thank you. You're correct about Cash Crop, we usually don't name much else, just for those types of events. I really appreciate it. You as well.
Привет!Интересно смотреть твои видео.Ты настоящий мужик и хозяин.Удачи!!!
Hi there! Thank you.
This is an awesome show. Thanks for sharing! Looking forward to harvest. Prayers and best wishes!
Thanks! Have a blessed weekend.
Saw Avery, good to see you both again! Good luck!! 😊 19:00 getting somewhere
Thank you!
Glad you're back at it I've watched all your other videos you guys got a lot of equipment but you got a lot of land to farm you guys need a big building to put all them vehicles in so they get out of the sun well we'll be waiting for your next video God bless you and your family please be safe
Good to see you again, new season harvest awaits you n family, wishing you safe and profit season. Thanks for interesting equipment your keep on blessed one.
I love your hair longer you should let it grow!
Thanks for the tour!
Hi Elijah it's a nice setup and you do really well on it well done
also, not many 15-year-olds driving those tractors on the roads remember stay awesome
Thanks!
Thank you for the tour and all your hard work, you come across as a ready nice young man.
Absolutely, thank you.
Thanks for the video and your clear explanation Elijah! You have had a drought, we have had a lot of rain (for a year now). Some corn was planted end of June, instead of April, because it was too wet, to drive into the field. And we have here sandy soil! Your F100 has been given a set of nice alloys! Keep up the good work, both with harvesting and with your car. I think you have to speed up a bit with your car, you're probably not that far from your 16th birthday? Greeting from the Netherlands!
Absolutely, thanks for commenting! Always like to see it. Wow, that's crazy what a difference it is. I actually just turned 16 last month. Have a great rest of the week!
@@OneFieldAttaTime Then a belated happy birthday Elijah! Have a nice continuation of the week to you too!

Thank you, I really appreciate it.
Eli and family , how is the harvest, hope the storms missed you....hope all is well n safe....we miss your interesting content.. thanks 🙏
Harvest isn’t doing great. We had a drought, on top of that we had way too much rain. Thank you, update video coming soon!
@@OneFieldAttaTime Eli, thanks for your reply, sad about drought and rain, the saga of life on farm is never ending, remain tough an determined with faith....🙏🍀🕊️
Good to see you again you’re matured deeper voice (you need a haircut 😁) I expect you are 16 now keep posting always entertaining
Haha! Thanks!
Hope you’re ok after Helene and not to much damage
Everyone here is a-okay. Lots of hurt and damage in western North Carolina and surrounding areas though.
Elijah is just an incredible hardworking VIRGINIA farmer!!! You should come up to Culpeper County sometime --- it's NICE! :D
Thank you! 👍
So much equipment to keep-up and know how to operate. Welcome back after a few weeks! 😀
Yes, absolutely. Thank you!
Great video Elijah!
Thank you!
Fascinating. Impressive your knowledge of it all as well. On a side note, like the longer hair.
Thanks for your hard work. You remind me of myself when my father put me to work at a young age out on the ranch.
I'm curious to know the process of how you sell your product, to whom, and where it ends up.
Keep up the great work!
Hi E hope u and your family r doing good. Praying u didn't have any flooding or damage from the hurricane. Looking forward 2 your next post. God bless.
Thanks for the awesome tour Elijah!
Any time!
Your lucky to have your farm family. Growing up we farmed 2000 acres also only it was ryegrass and wheat. Thanks for being a farmer.
Another great video, thanks for the farm tour, look forward to next video
Thank ya!
You have the finest "u'all" this side of the Mississippi and parts of Canada!🤪😜 A natural and very likeable young man with a great future on UA-cam and also taking care of the family farm!

Thank you! I’ll have another out soon! Hopefully sometime next week.
Thank you for your update harworking young man… ❤❤❤
Amazing!
Thanks! 👍
Hi Elijah, It's great to see you again. EXCELLENT video Just shy of 6,000 subscribers - Yahoo!! I'm thankful you didn't fall asleep (LOL) driving over to your grandpa's. I was on my way over to get some of that free gas you offered, and then you dashed my hopes for free gas. That's a shiny spiffy grain trailer - cool!! You should have Avery move the turbo-till and weed-eat under it and then move it back into place. Come on Avery, get with it. So now you're officially a latch-key child - LOL. Congratulations on being "key worthy". How often do you get to go boating in the summer? What else besides a radiator support do you need to purchase for your green Ford? Ninety-foot sprayer, is a BIG sprayer. Do you collect old coins or coins of any era? Thank you for the tour. Have an excellent day kiddo. God bless you, your family and the harvest.
Hey there! Thank you. Haha, whoops... We actually went boating about twice this summer, first year we've done it. It's fun though! I actually just bought a radiator support last week. (Your gift really helped out with that!) Not much else needed than that. I actually do collect coins, I really enjoy it. It's slowed down as I've gotten older, but I always keep old/foreign coins. (Cool ones too.) God bless.
@@OneFieldAttaTime Elijah, Thank you for sharing. Thank you for the insights on coins. I may very well have a surprise for you in the not so distant future. Let me know if I need to spot you come cash for that haircut. ;) Blessings to you.
@Its_Me0000 I think I’ll be okay for the haircut haha!

Great vids bro thanks..
Thanks man!
You have changed so much hope your mum's ok like your new Ford just need pimp up
Well your drought about to end global warming ,,, yo go need that boat hope you got plenty of chips in stay safe hope most of it's go to miss you
Hope you are away from the storm path, be safe....
Lots of nice old Fords you have there.😉If only there was enough extra time on the farm to actually get some work done on them. Great video!!
I know, haha! Thanks!
now we know why farmers live such long healthy lifes- its called real work
The fertilizer is all "chemicals", ammonia made by haber bosch process, phosphorous and other additives. People like to say go organic but its not soo simple, your crop yield would drop by maybe half. You have very good equipment. It's great your farm has done so well
лайк за видео. Удачи.
Thank you!
I’ve got loads of keys too I put nicks in the top with a grinder so I know which is which just but feel! It’s only when ya get to key number 6 with 6 nicks ya start running out of key! 😂😂😂
Great video Elijah. Thank you very much
You bet! Thanks.
great video. Greetings from Aberystwyth, Wales, UK.
We are missing our beloved Elijah!! We all pray all is well with you and family!! We hope to see you soon!!!
Thank you, Elijah, for responding. We were all worried about you. Will we see you soon? You are dearly missed. We will all be blessed to see you again!!!
There are many youtube channels out there involving sons of farmers that are interesting, but none come close to the entertainment value that you provide on your channel. Your personality, charisma, humor, and style put you at another level. You really have all the "right stuff" to make this work. A natural for sure🛻🚚🚛🚜🚜🚚🚚🛻🚛⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟⚡️⚡️⚡️☄️🔥
I enjoy your videos..keep 'em coming 👍
Thank ya! Will do.
What a boyhood you and your brother are having,, one that can't be bought or even priced. Thanks for sharing!
Absolutely! Thank you.
@@OneFieldAttaTime My pleasure. The tour of the spectacular equipment was interesting, but there's apparent significant interest among viewers & subscribers in you and your brothers as 4th generation family farmers. My material great-grandparents farmed in Pennsylvania, my maternal great-grandparents in Ontario, Canada, and I recall you mentioning your grandfather's farm being close by if not adjacent. In a deeply divided country, I can't think of anything more unifyingly American than American farmers.
I'd love to see something about your family's history on those Virginia acres--I'm thinking of a video I watched accompanying Lyle Lovett's "This Old Porch" that was a slide show of images of rural, small-town Texas life. In any event, thanks again for the videos you post and for the "Howdy" opening one of the most recent ones. It's not very often--actually, it's never--that these Yankee ears hear that spoken here in southern New England!
it is so entertainig to watch your videos. i wonder how many groopy girls are stalking you^^
Your brother ave, go be lot bigger than you trust they allways annoy you when your sixteen your eye betray you i have seen a lot live with 50 familys maybe it dont feel like it sometimes but they are go be everything to you later on what ever you choose to do
Hey Elijah, just wanted reach out to you and family. I was concerned about the heavy rain from Helene adversely affecting you and the fall harvest and the condition of the fields.I hope you're doing well and hope you have successfull harvest season! A safe one too! 🚜🚜🚜⚡️⚡️⚡️

I know I said how impressed I am with your work ethics but hell you have to know how to be a mechanic also. Elijah, a couple of questions for you, How many farms does your family own, and how can a 15 year old drive on the road! Good Luck with the harvest!
Thanks. My dad is actually quite the mechanic. I’m learning though! We farm 1800 acres of land. (Some leased, while some is owned.) I drive sometimes with a farm use truck, which is legal in Virginia. I’ll have my license next year. Thank you!
I found out from an India farm video. There's another chore you must complete! Put beehives around the whole edge of your farm 100 ft apart. Cause, elephants are very scared of bees. That way the elephants wont eat and trample your crops.
You need to get a 1970's Plymouth grand furry and name it Christine

Hey, it’s just a special type of tire for these “truck pulling” events. Helps with traction, especially with how much horsepower is being made from the engine. (Not sure when it’ll be back, I know it won’t be this year though.)
