that note one has helped seriously reduce my anxiety and increase my productivity. My to do lists for home, for work, for cooking, for making purchases, for planning meals, for trying new things, for books to read....all help me feel more organized and intentional because I know I'm not just in the moment impulsive but this thing was something I wanted so planned for. Also it really helps you trust your intuition, those pop up thoughts that can't be addressed right away, having the note lets you go back and still honour those little nudges from the Universe
Great tips! I absolutely agree with these points especially so the hot liquids is a game changer for overall health and weight management/ digestions. I do bone broth and soups for my 2 year old as well since he’s not the biggest meat eater and he is just the healthiest baby no stomach aches etc also DND after 6pm since he was born because mama needs sleep and that’s wind down time for my family
