    Had some swollen lymph nodes with a cold that lingered on, and when I'd stretch my neck upwards it would feel tight, and I would feel a little dizzy. This helped relieve my stuffy sinuses and ears, and noticeably reduced the swelling in my lymph nodes, even after the first time! I feel a lot better. Thank you! I plan to do this daily upon waking, and before sleep. Just want to remind everyone: Drink plenty of water when doing lymph massage. I read it works better when you're properly hydrated.

    DUDE! I DID THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME LAST NIGHT AND I BRUISED IT! My husband looked my neck and was like WTF happened to you. It didn't even dawn on me until just now. Looking it up though, it is normal. After loosening up the knots in my neck to my collarbone, it says that it's okay to see but the benefits going on under the skin are great and helps with the blood flow! I will continue doing this!

    I've had lymph nodes continually swell up in my neck and now face for 4 years now with no underlining cause. Not one of the 50+ doctors could seem to help. Not any one of the 4 specialists could help. Not any 2 of the haeatologists could help. Nothing abnormal upon biopsies, ct scans and ultrasounds except for swelling and some hard lymph nodes.
    How often should I do this? I feel it helps a bit, do I have to continue often? I feel like it is common sense to continue. My physiotherapist does it with oil and I feel so much clearer for a day or so afterwards. I recommend oil but I'm no profession as it just slowly gets worse... lol? haha, I believe it works I'll do it more often.

      1x a day has been recommended in the comments. As you likely know, lymph glands play a vital role in your body's ability to fight off infection. I'm no doc but I've been passed around for 10 yrs being told I was fine when I wasn't. Use common sense, of course, and stick to your gut feeling. Maybe research Autophagy w/ intermitted fasting if nothing new has come up. Good luck.

    • @sunsetdermatology8084
      @sunsetdermatology8084  2 роки тому

      In most cases, acne can be controlled but not cured. Control of acne usually involves other therapies and techniques; lymphatic drainage would not be at the top of the list for this indication. In any case, acne does involve inflammation which is usually accompanied by accumulation of varying degrees of fluid accumulation. So, with this in mind, lymphatic drainage can help with this component.

    The lymph node could be caused by root canal or wisdom teeth removal. You could write me in my email and I will let you know how to solve it.

    In massage therapy school they taught us the triangle of the neck is a no massaging zone. Interesting...

      Different style of massaging I think, just using 2/4 fingers in circular motions is fine

    Wow, I feel super nauseated AFTER doing this!! Anyone else?

    • @buildingbrighterkids
      @buildingbrighterkids 2 роки тому +5

      Keep doing it. The nausea is caused by toxins being released and draining out of your body. Drink plenty of water to help flush your body.

      you may want to try putting aloe vera gel or your preferred skincare product to reduce spot pressure and increase the ease of motion. drink some sips of warm to hot water immediately after massage to flush out toxins. it helps for me, hope it benefits you too :)

    But why did I IMMEDIATELY see the difference?!

    • @moderaterevolution504
      @moderaterevolution504 Рік тому

      Cause there is fluid trapped in the lymph nodes located all over your face. It is released when applying pressure.
