    It is an urban myth that Chains 'stretch'. They do not stretch, they 'wear'. The links remain the same size, it is the slack between the pins and plate holes that gets larger due to wear. This increase in slack causes the chain to become longer in length.

    There was movements back and forth on the bottom chain as well, maybe not as much, but you said no real movement. A new chain will always be tighter than a used one, because it is filled with lube.

      ... because the pins are the correct unworn diameter so the links (plates) can`t move.

    How about instead of posting this 7 minute video you post a video of how you came to the conclusion that the worn chain is over 4 times its wear limit?

      Good idea.
      I also thought about it.
      Many people question outcomes and hearsay without visual proof or detail.
      This applies to every video on this channel. There are no claims here without evidence.
      For short and snappy opinions I recommend the 1-3 minute videos produced by the manufacturers, such as DID, or some Chinese marketer.
