I'm glad someone said it, money does buy happiness up to a certain point, anyone who says that is rich enough to solve most problems but then are faced with the problems money can't solve which are much more complex. Still I would definitely be happier if I had enough money to let my mom be treated for her illnesses and let her rest from work
"money buy happiness" is one of those things that most people just misunderstand. It was never meant for people who dont have enough for basic necessities, it was for already wealthy people trying to find happiness through accumulation of even more wealth. Dr K seems such like an amazing person, sometimes I fear watching his videos because I feel like I will fall down in the "I have that problem" spiral, but he seems like an amazing person

The good thing about Dr K's video is that after he explains why we think or do things like this he'll give a frame work on how to work on those issues we find in our lives or in ourselves. I'd recommend checking timepoints and seeing if that helps you better to skip to those parts!
