  • A couple accused in the death of a 3-month-old in Milton will be released from jail after a judge found insufficient evidence in the case.
    Cabell County Magistrate Chris Sperry on Monday found no probable cause in the case against Cody Dale Wilson, 24, and Trisha Lynn Grigson, 26, who were originally charged with child abuse causing death after an infant in their care died.

    That judge needs to go back to law school and they will face the the real judge and that is lord Jesus crist we can't judge people but Jesus can he know all
