Case against Milton couple charged with infants death dropped due to insufficient evidence

A couple accused in the death of a 3-month-old in Milton will be released from jail after a judge found insufficient evidence in the case.
Cabell County Magistrate Chris Sperry on Monday found no probable cause in the case against Cody Dale Wilson, 24, and Trisha Lynn Grigson, 26, who were originally charged with child abuse causing death after an infant in their care died.
