Why is the mvic percentage higher than 100%, and how can this be explained?
Won't the bicep also act as a weak adducter in the fly? At least the short head should.
Yes it would! Bicep activation was just *so* much bigger in chest pec than bench press, even if it was aiding in adduction
This reminds me of the 90s ab devices that used electricity to force muscles to activate.
I use EMG decomposition in my PhD. 😉
