@@Itz_Cobra My guess is that Kento was sorta a leader over the mercs of murkywater. Essentially a general of its fighting force. The one who orders their secretive business.
Concord would have been the face that the feds and the public would see and do business with other companies. Basically keeping Murkywater "reputable" in public eyes as he handles contracts and laundering the contraband that Murkywater brings in (And loses to the payday gang)
That is until bain straight up killed Kento on hell's island. Leaving concord a dying PMC leader.
Concord was just the public CEO of murky water , the dentist was the one who managed in the shadows
