I don't understand why they are torturing Lauren. Vanessa is not and never was her responsibility. She should love her from afar, establishing clear boundaries.

I’m so glad Kathryn recovered from her accident and is back acting. I miss the soft cute accent she had as Emily on Skins. She does the American accent well though! ☺️
I’m just glad to see that she’s recovered from being by that truck Last Year. Her Twin Sister Megan was trying to get out of England to come to New York to take care of her. But because of the pandemic travel was restricted but thanks to people advocating for her, she was able to leave and help her recovery.
Can't blame yourself for being in a mess, always having others for a reason. Vanessa felt betrayed when Lauren left but she can't take care of her in the first place it's their mom's responsibility. But one's development and experience, influences decision in life. That happened in real life story and hard to face, some change for the better, some get worst and other's just die and vanish like nothing. I hope here Lauren can do something good for her sister for she truly cares.
Does Lauren have a saviour complex? I mean she's a Dr/surgeon so she must...but she gmgets stuck with very messy people, it seems. The actress that plays her is really good though, you see the vulnerability and the fact that she's trying to navigate her life and do the right thing. I don't keep up with this series but Lauren would be a character that I'd watch it for
I think she might. It could also be that she hates seeing her sister and others go down the same path that she went down, and she wants to help them and show them that recovery is possible, even if those people don’t want to see it.

Kathryn Prescott's American accent is obviously impressively done, and I have just realised that the actress who plays her sister, Janet Montgomery, is also English and she does an excellent American accent. Modern actors are so well trained in doing accents, as compared to older generations who had to create their own voice and keep it in every performance for the rest of their careers.
Lauren didn’t want to force Leyla into that position. I imagine Lauren was also feeling really bad and missing Vanessa, her guilt about leaving was a big part of her character.
They broke up after Leyla found out that Lauren bribed someone to get her the residency position at New Amsterdam. They got back together briefly while Lauren was letting Leyla live with her, but Lauren broke it off because she didn’t want Leyla to feel like she owed Lauren something for helping her stay in the US. Lauren moved out of her apartment temporarily so Leyla could stay there and Lauren went to stay with her sister.
I used to like this show but everyone ends up unhappy and frankly we don’t need that there is already too much negativity in the world .. there is no hope in the show
I think everyone ended up healed in some way, or on the right paths. I was really frustrated with the ending still but I think it makes sense. Lauren was working on establishing boundaries and slowly healing and helping others heal, Iggy and Martin were working on their relationship and got remarried with all of their kids, Max went where he could continue helping others and bettering the world while loving Luna, Floyd was working on a new relationship with someone he really connected with, Helen was somewhere, doing something and working through her own issues, and Wilder was already strong as hell and continuing her career that she loved as an oncologist and a surgeon.
Hello, is there any chances you could bring back Dr.Castries, I really love her character especially the episode with Dr Bloom..both of them are so hilarious and show more chemistry than Leyren We need another episode from this two.. they are so hilarious and show more chemistry than Leyren.. I'm sorry as much as i love and want to watch Leyren but they're done
