Great walk-throughs man. It would be very helpful to touch on living room TV and couch setup as well when doing these. Most homes have only one place where you can put an entertainment console (where the coax cable outlet is) and they're sometimes not ideal. Personally living room layouts can be deal breakers.
For example, Unit C has the TV mounted directly across from the windows. Is that where the coax outlet is? Tough to watch when the sun's out because of the glare. Of course you have the loft that can be set up as a home theater though.
Unit B has a great open layout with the TV across from the kitchen. Is that silver piece some sort of mounting plate or is it part of the TV? It looks nice there with the windows flanking it. You can put the couch pretty close too.
Unit A's layout is subpar. The TV console would be right in front of the door with cables showing. Couch is spaced pretty far from the TV and moving it closer would shrink the room and leave unused space between the wall and couch. You could probably put the TV where the marble wall is, but the coax outlet isn't there.

No.1 Model:
LOVE how the stairs to the upper floor isn't staring at you as soon as you open the front door😆
Nice master bath except for ONE THING: I can't stand having a toilet where the tub or shower is.
I have to have a separate water closet for toilet.
Model 2:
Tiny living room/dining area.
Nice master but the issue AGAIN w/toilet being where shower/tub is.
Also agree about master bdrm having a small closet.
Model 3:
Good for a couple and one child.
Tiny kitchen😨
Nix the glass door on pantry.
Nice it has 2 car garage.
One feature I love in all three models is that you dont see the stairs when you open the front door.

Thanks for the quick tour....not bad for the asking price. I liked seeing the toaster in the first model.....I was wondering why the tankless heater is installed at ft of garage? Just seems like an odd place for it. The models all seem cozy and nothing crazy in upgrades..... I forgot to comment on your teacher comment that you made earlier in another video...it's sad because my husband has a cousin who is a jr high teacher in the Los Angeles City District....her 7th and 8th grade students are reading at a 3rd grade level....apparent this video teaching is not working.....

$257k? Now they are over $300k. My husband and i just flew out there from Cali to look at homes. Its getting expensive in Vegas, but still less than Cali...a lot less. All these new homes are all on waiting lists for when they release lots and do a lottery.
Everything should come with the house. Builder should include all upgrades free it's already too much for these houses. All home builders should include all options free. Sell like hotcakes. No excuses
