Hi Jack,
I think all of these homes offer many choices. Great starter homes or even forever homes. If I ever move again, it will be the last. I'm kind of gravitating toward the 1624 Sq ft house. Good layout and no stairs to climb. Unlike my present home, lol. I kind of like the small office off kitchen. Good use of space. Don't need a huge yard either. I'm just not familiar with this location.

I like the last Holmes. I really like to single Storey layout kitchen has a lot of cornerplace. And I like the little office place. The two-storey home Master bedroom your idea it's really good because I think the same way because you use the space that way much better.

Hi Jack I went looked at the KB homes videos you did in inspirada and the models weren’t 1550. You did tour plan 1589. I wanted to see the layout single floor of that plan.

kb homes does not paint garage walls.
the backyard furniture in the open staging is ridiculous. june -1 oct 105 degrees. then windy cloudy 50-55 degrees a lot of winter days. not happnin'

Be careful your money, do as much as homework before purchase a house from KB, because there is no trust. Just small sample review below captured from one website, you can find more and more sincerely critical voice from Zillow, redfin, FB, even google.
Please help your customer to help their money, avoid wasting, to purchase a house from other builder.
Contractors do a poor job; supervisors promise to get corrections done but do not follow through.
There is no trust in KB.
Excited to buy a new home again with KB since first experience was unforgettable however it was the worse experience ever. Beginning was all good and sweet, but the ending was a nightmare. From Walk through to after service was unprofessional and unacceptable.
Very sad and upset that we failed to read all the poor reviews about KB home, the problem seems to be that they used super cheap material and cheap vendors and kick passing the buck to someone else. We have 6 windows that are failing out of 14 windows, that's almost 50% that's 43% of our windows are leaking and leaking badly at that.
