Jack,
Have you revisited this neighborhood to see how the resales are and how well the homes are standing up??? Just a thought. It would be interesting to see...
How much are these now
Do you have videos of the other models in this neighborhood?
Hi Anthony, I don’t at the moment. They started building about 3 months ago, which is when I shot the video. Back then they only had this model. I’ll try to go tour them and if you would like to see them in person please let me know!
No, it looks small. Like an apartment
What is the large building off to right of home? Noticed that you didn't actually go out to backyard... this one is a real STINKER Jack. I can't see many of these homes being built or sold...in my opinion a 175,000 home...
Hi Dee, that video was a while back
hello. currently is it possible to get new home like this 3bed 2bath for under 350k?
Yes it is
@@jackgraham1687 can you send me some please?
I will be looking to purchase a home later this year in Vegas for 400k or less but I do not like the layout of this home.
Let me know if I can help
That house is only worth 300k due to the current market. lets be honest it really worth half.
Its worth how much someone is willing to pay for it
Vegas disappoints again. As soon as you walked in that house you feel cheated.
Your voice is so weak I can't hear you and your filming is bad. You are too close to the walls and you're not showing the house that way and moving too fast. Makes one dizzy. Just one garage and hardly any windows. They are going back to the 1920's when people only had one garage. You didn't even show the yard or do they even have a back yard..
Sorry Kim, this was one of my first videos and I've changed a lot since then! Check out my newer video. Thanks for the feedback
