Sang this beautiful song in high school a million years ago and woke up with it in my head this morning randomly. Needed to hear it so I hit YT. Found this gorgeous rendition. Made me cry. Absolutely perfect. In awe of the basses and altos. Flawless...so warm and rich. The tenors were light and lovely and the sopranos (I was one) were pitch perfect without being overwhelming. All in all a stellar performance and just what I needed today. ❤️
Wonderful performance by the choir and direction by Bruce! Congratulations to all involved in this recorded shared artistry! My Backus HS Choir performed this at subsection contest in 1990 in Northern Minnesota. Will NEVER forget the moments in that share! I deeply appreciate this interpretation as well! SO beautiful :)!!
1986 - Pepperdine University's Seaver College Singers sang this every Tour Performance as the closing song. I'm so thrilled to find this arrangement on UA-cam. Goosebumps of fabulous memories as a freshman, singing under Dr. Paul "Doc" Piersall. #FeelingBlessed
This song means the world to me after it was sung for important events in my life. I love this with my whole heart and while I may heavily weep to this, it's worth it as it's incredibly beautiful
I'm in love with this song, the harmonies, and arrangement! It's become my daily mantra. Thx so much for giving me this!

Sang this in the 80s in Moody Chorale. My favorite arrangement of this song.
Love this! Our high school choir sang this version many years ago 😊😊
so beautiful.... God bless you all....
My favorite song, my favorite arrangement. That's how it's done. Thanks for posting!

I have performed this many times, even once with the National Lutheran Choir. Great Job guys, Awesome!
I want to see the song sheets staff note
Really well executed ending. Nice job.
BRAVO choir. Very well done. Blessings to all.
Just stunning; gorgeous singing and conducting. Consider me a fan!
This song is absolutely beautiful, and the way they sing it makes me want to cry. I'm glad my choir at school (college) is singing this, I can't wait!
Jalisha Gordon ikr 😢
sang this in college chorus back in early 80's not long after it came out. One of my favorites.
This choir has a warm and very fruity tone that works so well with this repertoire.
Give me Jesus
Nobody but JESUS.
Hermosa versión!
that bass is very difficult
Too slow. This song needs to move along at a quicker pace, please.
Totally disagree...
i disagree.. it was very well done.. perfect tempo
Absolutely not. This tempo was ideal.
It’s meant to be this speed. It’s not some pop song. 😅
@@mamamememoo I’ve done it many times. It needs to move faster.
