100% true! I'm not real sure what I was thinking haha. I ran the positive lead first... then realized it was a terrible idea. It had to be about 97degrees outside which sucked the motivation to fix it right out of me lol!
I've used this winch several times now! My only complaint is that it's a bit slow. No complaints other than that! I guess you're supposed to change batteries in it, not recharge the remote. But I haven't changed the batteries yet. Still works like a champ!
No additional plate! As long as your bumper has winch mount holes in it already, it's as easy and drop it on, and bolt it in! I did have to clearance the bumper just a little bit because the winch was pretty big. The winch has put in some serious winch time! I'm pretty dang happy with it!
Great vid. Just picked up one for the Jeep
Hey it’s me Veda we all miss you guys a ton
Veda!! Miss you kiddo! Hope your summer is going awesome! Thanks for watching the vids haha!
One problem i forsee is if you have to remove your front grill, you will have to remove the winch leads first.

How’s the winch holding up? Im considering one myself. Did you figure out how to charge the controller?
