@@Jayden.Walker I know this was a year ago, but I would assume the jump over a pvc pipe. It could easily take the throwers footing out.
In what order do you do these? Which ones do you start at and move to next? And how long?
Rasheed Flowers it all depends on the individual. I mostly use drills to reinforce a deficiency. Get the athlete to throw full throws in the first day.
