It's okay. Maybe I needed to hear this the most but it really is okay. Every experience, every peak and every low. Every "right" decision and every "wrong" decision. It will all lead you somewhere. We all don't know where and how but one thing is certain. Tomorrow will come. The sun will rise again and brings new opportunities and experience on the horizon. Even if it's a day of being alone and coming to terms with yourself. Give it time. But for now! Take this moment to breathe in and be at peace. You will get there. I will get there. Is this weird? When I started listening with my headphones on i, felt like I'd been zapped by something and made me all twitchy, gave me goosebumps, I nearly turned it off, I felt very uncomfortable, unsettled but then after a minute or so I kind of just relaxed into it and found it quite pleasant, I don't think I could meditate or sleep to it though. I don't normally get such a strong reaction, well done 😊
I want to ask is everything binaural and with headphones some say you can only listen 1 hour and without headphones unlimited hours? I dont remember how it was💗
Thank you very much for your message dear infinity007 🤗 My music only contains binaural beats when it is clearly mentioned in the title and description of the video. And for binaural beats it is true, yes, that it is recommended (but not absolutely necessary) to wear headphones in order to better perceive the binaural beat. But apart from this, when it comes to how or how long to listen to my music, there is no specific rule as of how you can or should listen to this music. Every person has different needs and reacts differently to music, frequency and sound. If you are comfortable with the music playing for the entire length of the video, then let it play. If you prefer to hear the music for a shorter time, then stop it whenever it feels right. Always listen carefully to your body, your heart and your spirit and pay close attention to the signs they give you. They will let you know if something is good for you or not. And they are never wrong! … 😊 Hope, this helps! 💛🤗🙏🏽

Great energy! I would like to ask if there's any way for you to make it so I can hear the water sounds when the volume is low. I listen to your music in the background while at the computer, but when I play any of your water sounds videos, the water sounds aren't detectable at low volume. I love water sounds! Thanks for all you do!!!
Thank you very much for your message dear Kim 🤗 Yes, I actually tend to integrate the water sounds into the music, rather than having them as loud or even louder than the music itself. This in order to obtain a more homogeneous and rounded sound. If you prefer the water sounds to be more audible, it might help to slightly increase the higher frequencies in the EQ of your playback device. Hope this helps! 💙🙏🏼

Is this weird? When I started listening with my headphones on i, felt like I'd been zapped by something and made me all twitchy, gave me goosebumps, I nearly turned it off, I felt very uncomfortable, unsettled but then after a minute or so I kind of just relaxed into it and found it quite pleasant, I don't think I could meditate or sleep to it though. I don't normally get such a strong reaction, well done 😊

And for binaural beats it is true, yes, that it is recommended (but not absolutely necessary) to wear headphones in order to better perceive the binaural beat. But apart from this, when it comes to how or how long to listen to my music, there is no specific rule as of how you can or should listen to this music. Every person has different needs and reacts differently to music, frequency and sound. If you are comfortable with the music playing for the entire length of the video, then let it play. If you prefer to hear the music for a shorter time, then stop it whenever it feels right. Always listen carefully to your body, your heart and your spirit and pay close attention to the signs they give you. They will let you know if something is good for you or not. Great energy! I would like to ask if there's any way for you to make it so I can hear the water sounds when the volume is low. I listen to your music in the background while at the computer, but when I play any of your water sounds videos, the water sounds aren't detectable at low volume. I love water sounds! Thanks for all you do!!!
Thank you very much for your message dear Kim 🤗 Yes, I actually tend to integrate the water sounds into the music, rather than having them as loud or even louder than the music itself. This in order to obtain a more homogeneous and rounded sound. If you prefer the water sounds to be more audible, it might help to slightly increase the higher frequencies in the EQ of your playback device. Hope this helps! 💙🙏🏼

Das kann ich dir auch nicht wirklich beantworten uncertainfade 🤷🏽♂️ Vielleicht liegt es daran, dass sie zusammen für unsere “wohltemperierten” Ohren unharmonisch klingen, wie es bei manchen Solfeggio Frequenzen der Fall ist.
