Let the oceans and seas return to their natural state. Outlaw all industrial and commercial fishing in the oceans and seas worldwide.
A submarine would be a game changer
Honestly their best weapon would be a spotter plane, a fast moving mothership and 6-10 fast inflatables. Ship to ship they can’t do anything besides throw paint, which does nothing. The inflatables could circle the factory ship slowing it down, while throwing prop foul over the side. I mean there isn’t a great deal they can legally do besides follow them and be a pain in their ass.
I would LOVE to see these incompetent morons try to operate a submarine. They'd sink and drown 5 minutes after pulling out of the harbor.

they fail to realize that Japan and the Japanese people are very respectful towards how much the take from the ocean why? Because that's their main source of food. even their culture teaches balance w nature..also...100 to 350 whales they catch a year and the whales are NOT on the almost extinction list..btw I ate some whale..sushi..it was good..kind costly but good..

I would love to be a menace in this battle against these type of japanese fishermen and anyone who is pro whaling. Their “research” jobs hold no moral value or purpose other than to destroy our ocean to further fund their economic stature in the world. Sounds very selfish and egotistic to me. I’m kind of glad that they have all those nomura jellyfish in their own waters 😂😂😂. How can I become a volunteer?
