    In this video I fired up the Mill scale offset smoker and smoked up some beef short ribs. I didn't want to just eat the meat by itself, so tacos are always an easy go-to.

    Dino ribs are one of my favorites. What type of wood are you using for your mill scale, and where are you obtaining the wood from? Great camera work and editing.
