Smoked Beef Back Ribs with a Chili Lime Compound Butter

I smoked these beef ribs at 250-275 for three hours, then wrapped them with a compound butter for an additional hour and fifteen min. Smoke until desired tenderness. Extremely easy, and super delicious!

The butter:
2 sticks unsalted butter
2-3 Tbls minced cilantro
3 small Serrano chilies minced
3 cloves garlic minced
Zest of 2 limes
Juice of 1/2 - 1 whole lime
