There are health classes and that baby simulator thing you mentioned in highschools amd middle schools tou can take. For exampl, P.E. was mandatory fot all freshman in my high school but you could take P.E one semester and health another semester as another option.
we have health class in the US too!! i learned so many things in that class LMAO, stuff like drug & alcohol awareness, sex ed, depression, anorexia, obesity, how to maintain a good diet, trafficking, kidnapping, etc etc.

So lowest is vmbo-tl then havo and highest is vwo. in your third year you can also chose your classpacket so you can specify a bit for your future career. But like in the vmbo-tl classes you get health but havo and vwo don't rlly have that, we just kinda have it during biology but not much(also depending on your school). I do vwo and sometimes it sucks so much not to have actual good education on general health. anyways that was all the yapping I had to do

as an american sophomore, at my school in order to graduate we have to take 1 credit worth of health class. each health class was worth .5 of a credit and it was an elective that was only for half the year, so we only had to take it twice. the first year was focused on diets, food choices, drugs and mental health. second year was sex ed, stis/stds, different types of nutrients, and each part of pregnancy. both years we had to learn anatomy of sex organs and drugs actually. you could take it more than twice obviously, but thats the grad requirement. we also have a early childcare development class, which is of course where we had the fake babies we could take home for extra credit. its not required but its a choice all through high school as far as i know. i personally never took it but a lot of people i know did, and they thought it was actually very informational
