I absolutely love this song. First heard it as a kid! Love Beck’s mix of genres. I guess that is where I got my real inspiration for everything coming together!
So glad you did this song, it’s a banger with random lyrics that make sense in a bizarre way. I’m not religious but I believe in me being the only one that is the only one that can save me but with the love a beautiful lady everything is easier as we are a team♥️♥️♥️. Peace, love and respect is my only message 🤘🤘🤘
“There is nothing outside of yourself that can ever enable you to get better, stronger, richer, quicker, or smarter. Everything is within. Everything exists. Seek nothing outside of yourself.” ― Miyamoto Musashi, The Book of Five Rings
Haven't heard this song in years. Satan Made Me Tacos is also fun. As for your hat and the times we're going through I leave you with this. COVID is just Pro Wrestling and just like with Pro Wrestling, the people don't care when they found out it was all fake. They came to love the drama of it all.
Great words, bud! I have always been...I'm me. You can like it, or lump it. I don't care either way. I will be me, regardless. I've been called different, weird, crazy, strange, loud. You can't care about what others think. When you pay my bills, I might listen to what you say. No matter who or what you are, people are gonna talk. Who are you to me? You can't worry about what others say/think. You are your best person, when you are yourself. No one likes a fake.
Just watched your Jubilee video. Will & Amala from PragerU did a reaction to it. You sounded good on there man. Starting conversations all over the place.
No offense But love you. Feelings are tough. They get tougher when you realize that they are yours. Responsibilities are challenging. Own your faults....thanks for the react!
Well I can tell you one thing we need to be able to be submissive to each other in the right ways. And then at the same time we have to stand our ground when it's necessary. And if we really cared about each other we would do all that but we have things that get in the way like wants and desires and our cultures. And I don't necessarily like the sexual culture that is permeating everything that it can. I mean I love to see a nice woman. But I don't need to see too much too soon. And neither does my son. I ain't perfect at all. But I believe in some things. And I'm trying to instill those things in my son with the help of God. I ain't no pollyanna. But I have good (olde) common sense. But you can't go to a beach without there being a lot of skin around. And so I think we've lost modesty as a virtue in our society when it comes to certain things like going to the beach or going to certain events in cities where people think they can just dress how they want or not dress at all.
I don’t know why you wear an Uncle Tom hat, but it’s interesting because I heard a lot growing up where people were referred to as Uncle Tom, and, as I’m sure you know, it was a shameful dis for a black man to call his fellow when he wanted to accuse him of kow-towing to anybody white, and allowing himself to be treated as a lesser human during a time when he FINALLY didn’t have to anymore after so many years of unspeakable slavery and oppression-THEN, one day I read the book, “Uncle Tom’s Cabin,” and I realized this epithet was being misused totally! Why? Because Uncle Tom of the story was a loving, magnificent, Godly man who exemplified what it meant to love his fellow man, be he black or white (and this man had every reason to hate any white man) and he put his evil white captors to SHAME by virtue of his unshakable faith in God and his beautiful soul-everyone who doesn’t understand who he really was before tossing around that term needs to read the book-HERES THE CATCH THOUGH: only problem is, it’s so unbearable to read all that he went through and I am reading this book as a white woman whose never had to suffer racial discrimination or slavery and yet I could hardly bear it-I believe if I were a black woman it would be too painful to read but I say let it stand because otherwise all the atrocities that happened will go unremembered in history. Anyway, I was wondering if you wear the hat because you do actually understand that term “Uncle Tom” is a misnomer. He was a beautiful human being who lived all his life elevated above his circumstances because of how he lived. You could put him behind bars or lock him up but nobody could own his soul. He was truly free, although a slave, and anybody black or white can learn from him a more excellent way to live free, despite whatever circumstances you are compelled to endure. And HOW to be full of love rather than hate. It’s how Jesus was able to plead for his murderers, exclaiming as he died, “forgive them Father, for they know not what they do.”
It's a song. No need to apply a modern filter to a song that was created before the new generation got woke and re-ta-did (I have a Boston accent so say it like Louis CK).
You married a white woman, of course you did! Ha ha ha just like the Key and Peele sketch about black Republicans. Jesus Christ spot on, you're living breathing satire.

Same time we need to be the same.

don't swap a narrative for a narrative , swap it out for the truth
