This hack is pretty amazing as I grew up on Arcade/Genesis - assuming all the negativity comes from SNES players ofc; i love that they included the old MK1 stages and their stage OST, feels like MK 1.5 (or MK2 1.5 with the MK3 combos) which is a definite compliment :)
I love what having such a stupidly fast walk speed does for Jade in this game. She gets Okizeme off of literally everything and it's so privileged and cheap. XD
Very impressive... Jade is almost broken. The only persons to throw her were Kintaro and Scorpion. Otherwise, she's invincible to the opponents' projectiles.
I don’t . A lot of effort could have been put into making the original mk2 closer to the arcade Instead of adding alot of things . All of the colors are just off and the wrong tone and hue . Alot of memory could have been used to fix the coloring of the game and not adding stages and playable characters. All the game needed for Genesis Was 1:voices & sfx added & fixed 2.all the colors corrected 3.cutscenes,bios,endings,vs screen 4.small details like dragons in the combat tomb, head tracking for shao khan thrown , floating priests on sky tower I even think the fatality font can be voxels That’s where All the work need to be done an deh memory need to be used for . After that is accomplished then they can see where to add things to do an editing or unlimited version. After the initial product had been fully corrected But still great effort 👏🏽 👏🏽 For what they designer wanted to do
Sega's audio quality?! It sounds like the earlier NES put this out. You have got to admit that it's very bad! These sound flaws show up in the SOR series and others as well! It's in the voice and action audio...
She also has projectile invulnerability. Well, that's how Jade is in MK2-she was originally designed as a mix of Kitana and Mileena's moves. It wasn’t until later games that she got unique moves. In this version, she's just as she was programmed to be, and unlike the original game, she's playable right from the start at the character select screen, instead of having to go through that unlocking process. Plus, they’ve added five types of combos for her, which weren’t in the original version. It seems like you don’t know MK2. Lame.
This was one of the worst versions of this game super Nintendo did such a better job they even did a terrible job when it came to recording and bring out MK3

That is one of Jade's powers in MK2. She is immune to projectiles.
