Honestly there is a right size for every woman. Just like women have different size feet that fit different size shoes, women also have bodies (especially vaginas) that are different sizes too. There are very good reasons why OB/GYNs who work with adult women have to keep a complete range of speculums sizes on hand starting with junior/teen, women's small, women's medium, women's large, women's extra large and women's extra extra large. I am 57 years old and had out of control diabetes for years. I became erectile dysfunctional and eventually important. Pills didn't work for me and I wasn't willing to give my self shots. The topic was good but I have to tell you guys constructively the professionalism of this episode sucked. The audio sucked. A woman can do Kegels and PC work until she can crack walnuts but that does absolutely NOTHING to change the actual size and elasticity of her vagina. In addition the muscle tissue that comprises the vaginal canal is involuntary muscle that is only activated by the autonomic nervous system.
