This collaboration can free professionals from routine tasks, allowing them to focus on more intricate thinking, creativity, and client interactions. While this shift may result in reduced demand for some traditional roles, professionals must adapt and collaborate with AI technologies. The key is to leverage these tools to enhance rather than replace the unique skills and expertise that humans bring to their fields. Although certain jobs may experience a decline, there will be new opportunities in emerging areas for professionals to explore and embrace. Even Palki's role could undergo changes; she might not read the news herself, as her AI avatar could handle that, but she would still use AI tools to enrich the analysis and presentation.

That's only looking at a fraction of the issue.. Yes, there'll be some "collaborative" jobs that use AI.. But the impact of AI is still going to displace FAR more workers than it creates new jobs. The new roles will be for a small minority of high-skill workers, who know how to work with the AI. Most people will not be able to "leverage these tools" in a way that will create enough value to businesses. One person using a team of a dozen AI agents, could do a job that once took 100s if not 1000s of humans before.

I think every one knows that ai will not completely replace but we also know that there will be 1/5 of the total jobs and pay will be lesser than what we are getting
@@blueSurfer yes you are right. We don't know how advanced future ai technology will be. There are many things that they are hiding about this ai technology. Also don't forget about robots, drones and other automated technologies that can be disruptive in the job market. With ai the future looks scary. 😢😢
Even palkis job will be taken over by AI....
UPSC ka essay likh raha kya😂
Government of India should provide severance packages to such employees and make severance packages tax free immediately 😡
Excessive use of ai will lead to break down of economy. Introduction of computer lead to job opportunities in IT but I can't see job opening by ai.
“There is nothing artificial about the touch of human intelligence”. Some repetitive tasks can certainly be automated and accelerated by AI. Call it optimisation so that human knowledge, experience, and skills are put to use for more valuable work. Remember AI is not always accurate, neither Human, but between the two, the human will always make a more wholistic decision than a bot.
But that’s only until AGI comes full fledged to takeover creative jobs as well that requires deep thinking
I do not know why Firstpost is still paying Palki ? She can be replaced by her AI Avtar .
Layoffs would happen in media as well by implementing AI Language models in news reading & so on
no it wont - there is something called as "human error" which differentiates humans vs AI. AI is unable to replicate human error - such as pronounciation slip ups, toneality, pitch of the voice, which words to stress on and which words not to stress on. I am a media startup founder - Generative AI works for news writing and written content but not for news anchors.
Excellent coverage 👌
Sell tea on the streets..... That is until you get replaced by Androids.
Lol😅
Earning man creates demand in market and then somone fullfils it by supplying and thereby creating more jobs and nourishing families. If AI gets our job, who will demand food in the restaurant and hone buying and all ?
Give little details like what sort of jobd are gone whats the profile. Siply reading newspaper wont help anyone
It’s already predicted in Tamil panchangam that huge job losses, poverty and no food in 2024. People will die due to poverty and no food.
Can you tell more detail about it ? Where can I read more about it ?
Please explain in detail I suppose this was also mentioned in Bhavishya Malika.

Without data centers no AI.
Topology is must for data centers
Towering signals for internet WAN topology
and the beauty is these don`t include forced resignations if you have any idea.
Since employees will be reduced so the inflation will decline.
Bhahiya do hi kaam reh gaya ab to....kheti karo ya kachori samosa becho.....yehi achha hai...AI ko dhanyabad....mushkil kaam ab nehi karna padega....mera to waisev ganit kachha hai
Good I personally welcome
AI will replace mundane jobs like telecalling, suggest best insurance and credit cards, simple data entry kind of jobs, SMEs, Consultants, automate trading processes etc. Anything which is boring for humans can be easily done with AI at much lesser cost. Why pay them so high CTC. Its better to focus on key core performing sectors of any economy--- farming, manufacturing, hospitality, jwellery, Naturopathy and Ayurveda/Medical care, Defense, Space, Logistics, Tourism, Spirituality, Real Estate and Banking/Insurance. IT/Oil and Gas future future looks too weak.
Yes
I am opposite your opinion, help of ai this all industries are automated in future, and more creative jobs are open in future this are all paid humans
AI should also buy their products......
People spend by earning -> AI replaced some of the earning employees --> now people will not spend much,so no profit for companies ->ultimately people lose job and companies lose profits in long run
Rather i would say, AI should help in health care, defence and security purposes.
AI should not be taken to every fields if not necessary
If the competitor company will use AI while another company gives salaries to waste fellows then the competitors will win and the other company will go bankrupt. So AI is the way to go.
If you want people to have money then implement UBI or something
@@firstpostcommenter8078and a competitor the uses AI and humans will always be superior than a company that fully replaced humans.
@@firstpostcommenter8078what will happen by introducing UBI. Everyone’s life will be worthless. Money will also lose its value.

My point was => in long run it will disturb the cycle, so I am saying accept AI consciously not for all work.
AI will transform the work nature we need to adopt the change
if govt kick out these companies that use ai for disrupting the market. then other companies will gladly take the kicked cout company's market. so companies will be humble with one govt policy. @@firstpostcommenter8078

Are you lost it?
Let's explore world with empty stomach 😂
@@Unknown-hd5kr Scientists were trying to solve this problem since 1960's or 1970's or maybe even before that when they invented the first computer. They said robots will take all our jobs and all of us will have lots of leisure time. Japan has the most number of robots, followed by Germany. Now we have Microprocessor chip + Robot + AI. The problem is, even scientists do not know what will happen tomorrow because humans are serial thinkers and life does not happen in a serial order. Nobody knows which breakthrough in science & technology can come tomorrow.
Exactly there are a lot of more creative and more jobs. Seems like mediocre people who don't want to change will remain like this.
I'm really stressed now
Will AI replace human news anchors too ? If that is the case Palki Sharma should be worried about her lay off too.
Why should she worry?
She’s already made a fortune by spewing nonstop BJP propaganda and acting as Modi’s personal bootlicker
Well as for me there’s websites out there where I can read but when I’m just lazy or tired I’d rather here someone sum it all up for me and get the tldr of what’s happening.
And the way she anchors is why I still watch her.

What AI did Paytm implement?
Don't worry. We have many projects in the market, please make sure you ready with your skills.
Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won't. And we're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off.
Fight Club
If you want to remove negativity of your mind just spend some times Indian busy railway station and Market everything is fine. AI effect is almost zero in India because our working methods and system is still 1970/1980s.
And
This is the reason why India is still a shitry place
But it seems that is much better than getting sacked like in western countries with so called cutting edge method

Ai will take 10 people's jobs out of 100 in every companies😮😢
Every new tech increases the disparity between rich and poor .The rich will be able to eliminate jobs while filling there pockets and middle class will become poor without any jobs. Also these big tech have captured the tech and will aggressively squash competition.
AI Will replace anchors
No , because AI cannot speak better than PALKI .
Yeah Palki should be worried

Its true though. AI will take mundane jobs, it's upto you whether you want to do mundane or evolve do better jobs.
They have left the chat because they are using AI themselves and have also eliminated their staff.
They’ve been doing this by automating processes for a hood while now, not new.

FIRST, I want AI to replace palki who never wears sarees..
They are doing these to show profit in papers with the intention to sell for a profit: pity for those who bought these companies because damages in cost cutting are not easily reversible. Example original raw material replaced with cheap stuff, experience workers replaced with migrants etc.

Why Paytm is a failure. Because you have to go to the bank and deposit and then link. There is no money in Paytm except other banks linked. Which chew. People don't understand business.
whatever goes up will down.. its natural.. This situation in job market keeps oscillating between Employees and Employers. Last year, it was towards Employees.. multiple offers with unbelievable jump in the package. There was no guarantee candidates would join once offer was made.. on the day of joining, they would either re-negotiate package or simply would not show up, some even resorted to moonlighting... so now, all that accumulated fat is being trimmed. It was expected anyways.
That oscillation will not continue any longer. AI more intelligent and capable than humans breaks that equation permanently.
Palki will be soon replaced by an AI Robot 🤷♂️
