Ingredients for ~ 30-35 cookies:
180g softened unsalted butter
90g confectioners sugar
3 egg yolks
A pinch of salt
Vanilla powder or vanilla extract to taste
40g cornstarch
200g white all purpose flour
Chill the cookies prior to baking for 20-25 minutes!
Bake in a preheated oven 380F (~195C) for 10-12 minutes
