Thanks Adrian ...so true ...as the recognition deepens, as there is a recognition of the calm ...the storm can erupt ...in the ever-presence of oneself.
Behind the dark clouds can be some erroneous conclusions or beliefs held at the deepest levels of the psyche ...if one can discover what those beliefs are there is much learning and transformation of the belief. ...that's been my experience...
