Thanks man really appreciate it. You might not care but this actually meant a lot for me since i have OCD which is really severe for me which makes have lots of stress and aggressive reactions and action.
If you go to settings-> device and software-> restart TV I did this and fixed my lip sync issue. This way there is no abrupt cut in power worth a try ✌🏼
Thank you so much! Clearing the cache worked! Saved me a trip to Best Buy with TV in tow as I was thinking it might have been the actual speaker. The volume was very low despite it being turned up all the way. As soon as I did this, it returned to its normal volume.
I've recently have been having this issue with out of sync audio The first method of unplugging the power cord while the TV is still on and waiting for 30 seconds and plugging it back in again did the trick A huge thanks!
Thank you!! Insignia 32” Fire TV had an audio sync issue for UA-cam app only. Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ al worked fine. Pulled the power and left off for 30+ seconds and once it came back up, problem solved!
Hello, I want to buy this TV and connect it to a Bose SoundBar. Would that work? I also have a cable box I want to connect to the TV. I was looking at the Smart SoundBar 300. Thank you 🙂
Omg thank you. I did EVERYTHING but unplug the actual tv 😂. It's been days and several videos and you are the only one who said unplug the damn tv...Mine was just one app that was doing this but I use this one daily...Thank you Thank you Thank! I Love youtube lol...
Omg, THANK YOU! I had watched other videos and followed this and that and it STILL did not help! If only I knew unplugging my tv for less than a minute was all I needed to do! This out of sync audio was only happening on utube, but was slowly driving me insane! Lol I gave you a thumbs up and subscribed to you to help you out, as you have helped me not lose my mind. ;)
Thank you so much for taking your time to bring us this information 😊You saved me, from what would have probably been a long customer service call with Toshiba, and your advice about clearing the cache worked, as I kept losing my sound when I would try to turn up or down!!! Question, do you suggest clearing our cache's on more of a regular basis, to avoid this issue in the future, & are cache's, sort of like what a cookie is, on our computers? Just curious 😊
Hold down the center select button and play button at the same time. Keep holding them for a few seconds until you see the restart notification. If this doesn't work, uninstall the app, restart the tv, then reinstall. There's no need to unplug the tv or clear the cache for every app.
How do you turn off the internal speakers on my Toshiba 43" Fire TV if you are using a sound bar connected to the TV with the optical link cable? I can't seem to find any way in the settings to disable the internal speakers. I don't want the TV speakers on at all and just want to use my sound bar.
Clearing the cache and restarting the TV worked. However it turns out to be only a temporary fix. Because the next day or two the sound is out of synch again. So I have to repeat the cycle of clearing cache and restart TV again and again. I probably did this 30-40 times now. Is there a more permanent fix so the issue doesn’t keep recurring over and over again?
It didn't work for me. My situation may be different though. I have an older Onkyo home theater receiver with a separate Logitech Bluetooth adapter powering in-wall speakers. It's located about 15' from the TV. Neither method worked. Also, when I cleared the cache of each individual app the reading changed to 0kb, but as soon as i hit the back button to go to the list, the cache for the app went to back up to 16.38 kb. I wonder if a soundbar would work better?
Bro thanks bro it was driving me crazy because they were talking and then the sound was going but then their mouth wasn’t moving and it was pissing me off
Thanks man really appreciate it. You might not care but this actually meant a lot for me since i have OCD which is really severe for me which makes have lots of stress and aggressive reactions and action.
