Might not be a great time of day to release a video, but my goal was to reach 100 subscribers and post 12 videos this year. Came down to the last minute but I got it done.
Im never saying Im good at building again, this here completely broke my scale. Absolutely speechless, can't wait to see Limgrave done, specially Fort Haight and Castle Morne
Elden Ring is one of my favorite games of all time. I'm so happy you're recreating its world in Minecraft and the results are awesome! Please don't give up on this project! 😃
Interesting, the more I watch it, seeing it all as squares with a clear top view of everything, the more I realize how the world design of Elden Ring is subtly linear. The plateaus of Limgrave elevate from one to the other, you can really go anywhere you want and find secrets as you explore in varying orders, just setting your sights on something and deciding you want to get there or finding stuff by accident, but it secretely funnels you in a "correct" path by making clever use of the terrain. It's not only the dungeons, but the whole thing, like multiple open areas that are connected together by corridors. Impressive build sir, absolutely gorgeous.
@@Kennedy00Louis I think you just put into words something that I had noticed subconsciously but hadn't really thought about. That probably has a lot to do with the order of locations that I have built as well. The game really does guide you without you even being aware of it
Holy shit bro...as someone who plays both Elden Ring and Minecraft, this is absolutely incredible. As soon as i saw stormveil, i instantly needed to tell u just how impressed i am. Its so damn accurate, and i cant even imagine how daunting the planning process was, or even laying the first blocks. U did an amazing job bro. I was already considering trying my hand at a few Elden Ring structures, and now i have the best inspiration to do so. My goal is to build the Cathedral of Manus Metyr. But again, great fucking build bro
This is absolutely amazing. Take your time and keep up the great work man, I’m with everyone else, we’ll love to see any progress you’d want to make with this map!
I’ve been watching since ~40 subs, and I am honestly shocked at the amount of progress you’ve made. Underrated would be an understatement. You definitely have amazing work ethic, and I can’t wait for Liurnia… or Caelid, whichever you think is best. One idea for the catacomb light is to place a brightly lit room behind the "window" with light-emitting blocks. You could also create a light shaft effect by replacing certain blocks in the room with brighter ones. Alternatively, using non-vanilla Light Blocks set to max might work as well.
I love this video! It seems so, like, pure if you know what i mean, no fancy editing, no eager voiceover, just a basic showcase like the early days of youtube. God i'm terrible at wording but it'll get the point across. TL:DR i like the video
You are brave, Tarnished, for tackling such a monstrous build! You may have my Structure block if you are willing, and my knowledge of the debug stick for little details as well.
Hey if you want a trick for how to place grass easier with worldedit instead of placing it all by hand, do this: -set a brush with /br sphere 90%air,10%short_grass 10 -set the mask with /mask ">grass_block air" now this brush will replace air that is above grass_blocks. You can adjust the blocks or density of the grass or the radius of the brush how you want and experiment with it.
Incredible built man. I feel like sometimes u should give us a moment more time before u turn that quickly. I want to have a good look how everything works together.
When you see so much time and effort invested in a project, yet you having only 520 subs and 390 likes, it's kinda sad, hope you get much more attention you deserve.

Hey dude, are you sure about making monthly videos? I feel that could burn you out pretty quickly and end up making you build stuff you're not really proud of. If you took your time with each section you could also end up improving the videos themselfs. Sorry if this comes off as annoying, really like the project
@@emiliofuhro5986 Those are good points and that's how I started the project (which is why stormveil took so long) the issue with that is UA-cam kills my channel if I don't post often enough and it makes growing the channel really difficult.
@@kalret I get that, but stormveil is also your most viewed video.
