For anyone interested, there will be 18 volumes total. It's a direct copy of the Kanzen edition (the Japanese "fullmetal" edition) and that one has 18 volumes. I personally own 2 of the Japanese Kazen editions so I'll stick with getting those instead but maybe someday I'll get the English ones as well since they are of such a high quality and the manga is so great that it's nice to share with others (and usually others can't read Japanese he-heh). Those are definitely the best way to experience the FMA manga :]

Good vid as always. Mine just arrived and I noticed the front cover was actually bigger than the back. It's comes out further, was wondering if anyone has got a copy like that or if that's just how it comes.

I was just going to get the paperbacks because I bought Vol 1 in November but I went to convention and got Vic to sign it and he bent the front cover over and I don't what it to wear out so I'm just going start buying these instead.

I have about 13 volumes on the edition we got here in Mexico, that one is kinda poor quality and for such a good manga, i was really interested in getting the Kanzen edition from Spain, but now this would be easier to get. Pretty tempted honestly, i'll put my volumes on sale and if they go, i'll get this. Have the same "issue" with Battle Angel Alita, the new deluxe editions are sooo good and for such a worthy manga, i got the first but tomorrow we get what seems like a decent edition here in Mexico and for a really good price so i'm tempted to continue with those.

I’m trying to get into collecting manga as I am currently caught up in boruto, got the Death Note All in One Edition a few weeks ago (just finished it yesterday)and just ordered the first 6 volumes of FMA today. I’m considering picking up Tokyo Ghoul or my hero academia. Any suggestions?

Me personally, i just dont get the point. The thing's 5 bucks more than the 3 in 1, and you get 1 less volume with it. If it's good quality and you like hardcovers that's good, i like the new Battle Angel Alita deluxe editions, but unlike that deluxe edition you have far more easily avalible and cheaper means to get FMA

I loved the original FMA and thought it was almost as good as Brotherhood, some people dislike just for the fact that it’s non canon which is stupid.

Try Monster by Naoki Ursawa, it's in 9 2-in-1 volumes and is a very good crime mystery manga with a very deep, thought-provoking plot
