Great Info and great video. These are National Seats in case anyone is wondering. Generally the process is pretty similar for most seats. Swapping driver/passenger is a great cost savings idea. And parts are always available if you need them. Great job!

Cara Comella I connected it right before I bolted the seat back down. It’s the only airline there in this model so hopefully that helps. I apologize for not including that

the reason u could not disconnect air line and had to cut it : it was under pressure. drain tanks first and then disconnect.

If you can go over on sensors in 2016 Volvo 780 with d13i shift. Maybe show where they located and how often to change them.

How did you connect the air line back. I know you cut it but can you just slide the new one back in?
I have 2017 volvo vnl670. My driver seat suspension is very soft and it hits the ground when hitting the bumps. Is there any adjustment for the suspension softness?
There are some seats that have an adjustable shock absorber. What have you got?

El Ansioso you just reinsert it back inside and it catches on the o ring
@312 Made i found out by someone u press the ring towards it,use some kind of tweezers then pull by hand the airline. to insert it simply put the airline back and pull to make sure its secure, and done.
Nice video, but you cut the air line but you did not show how to fix it.
