I FORGOT THE INFERNAL DEVICES
It's okay the Infernal Devices is everyone's favourites and it doesn't need to be mentioned ;D
PeruseProject I was honestly wondering why TID wasn't on this list 😂
OMG how could you Regan?? :D it is the best trilogy I love it so much
Haha I was just going to mention that!
I believe the Wax and Wane novels are going to be five books.
The Winner's Trilogy is my favorite. Never been more obsessed with an OTP.
Mackenzie Bravo I was so in love with that series until the last book. The whole memory thing still annoys me to no end
Amelle Kyre what memory thing? I've read the books but I can't remember that.
Reegan Kay seriously... Her losing her memory in the last book...
Amelle Kyre Oh yeah, after being in prison. I totally forgot
Reegan Kay Yeah I wanted to tear my hair out it was such a cheep ploy to reset a relationship. Gahh
Haven't watched the video yet but cmon, we all know the Mistborn Trilogy is gonna be mentioned.
Ha! Knew it
The Mistborn trilogy was a series i read recently after seeing you recommended it in another video. It's now probably my favourite series of all time. Thanks!
Ugh, Chaos Walking trilogy, I'm dying to read that
You're one of the only booktubers who talks about the Remnant Chronicles and I absolutely LOVE that series, and it deserves so much more hype!
I got so happy when you had the knife of never letting go, I love The Chaos Walking trilogy so much.
I should reaaaally continue with the Remnant Chronicles!
I also really want to reread the Hunger Games actually. It has been so so long since I read those books!
I read The Lumatere chronicles because of your raving about it a few years ago and I loved it! It's one of my favourites too!
what about the infernal devices???!!! It's my favourite thing of all time!
Fotini Zak she commented saying she forgot it haha
Jo Stewart thanks I didn't see it 😁
After reading The Beauty of Darkness, Lia became one of my new favorite female heroines! I enjoyed the first 2 books but I loved the last one! The Hunger Games is definitely one of my favorite trilogies as well.
I'm so glad you mentioned His Dark Materials, feels like it isn't mentioned enough here on booktube!!
aww get well soon 💓
Yes, I die for your cozy jumpers!
For me: Mistborn, Infernal devices, lumatere chronicles, Winner's trilogy, Daughter of smoke and bone, and the darkest minds!
Lord of the Rings says hi
I am honored that LotR noticed me
Marcus Steffanci Thank you for stopping by and saying hi Lotr, you are my favourite
Technically, it only became a trilogy because Tolkien's publisher decided to split it up due to its length. It was never meant to be treated as one by the author. Still a spectacular piece of literature though.
Yeah LotR is not a trilogy, it is one novel split up into three volumes.
The Hunger Games is one of my favourite trilogies ever!! It got me into this entire Dystopian genre and I'm so glad I read it..
i read the lumatere chronicles because of you and it TOOK OVER MY LIFE
I WAS JUST ABOUT TO COMMENT WHERE TF IS THE SHATTER ME TRILOGY BUT THEN YOU PULLED THROUGH AND I WAS LIKE YASSS GIRL! I honestly love that trilogy so much it's like my favfavfav in the entire world omg
The Daughter of Smoke and Bone trilogy will forever be one of my absolute favourites. :)
yessss the golden compass! one of my first trilogies...the feelings
I read about 100 pages of Mistborn and I could not get into it but.....so many love it!
I think I should pull it back out and start again. Thank you for the great videos.
Veronica Thomas The book is not fast paced but it is so great.
Veronica Thomas The same thing happened to me I started reading the first book so I didn't finish it but then I picked it up again and oh my god it gets so good.So I would definitely recommend you to pick it up again.
Dua, Yes ok Thank you :) I most def will!!
TheQuirksofBeingMe, Thank you I needed the feedback :)
Welcome :-)
Divergent is one of my faves along with the foundation of the selection not including the spin offs like the heir and the crown
Even though their soo good
His dark materials ( The golden compass ) is also one of my favourites ! Have never seen any booktuber talk about it before, I am so happy that you brought that trilogy up in this video 😃
Finnkin of the rock is now on my tbr..!!! 😊
YES THE TEARLING TRILOGY, I really loved those books, more than I expected too!
Also Laini Taylor's trilogy, not sure if it has a "name" but the Daughter of Smoke and Bone and sequels - OMG, so good, so inventive and fun and crazy. Really really great.
I love The School for Good and Evil trilogy so much and it was behind you the whole time ugh! I love your picks though and definitely need to read them :)
I love The Golden Compass trilogy - you definitely don't see a lot of mentions about it but it's sooooo good
Ooh, great list! And YAY for Infernal Devices!
Totally agree with you on the shatter Me trilogy. Another one of my favorite fantasy trilogies is the Black Jewel Trilogy by Anne Bishop. The series has been expanded a bit with some spin off books that are in the same world but focus on other characters, and they are amazing as well. I love everything I've read by Anne Bishop so far.
Miss Perigrine's!!!! And the fact that Ransom Riggs is coming out with another book (or books) just slays my life.
Love your nail polish color
Excited to check some of these out that I haven't read! Also, I'm going to need you to link your nail polish too because I love it!!!
Even though you are sick you still look beautiful and I love your top!! (And agree with a lot of your book choices!!)
OMG I'm so glad you included The Remnant Chronicles!! I'm currently reading and looooooving The Beauty of Darkness!!!!!
The Riverside-series by Ellen Kushner. It's technically a trilogy as of now, there hasn't been a new book out in 11 years, only short stories. All the books are set in the university town of Riverside where nobles live on the other side and the common folk on the other. It starts of with Swordspoint and every book is set in the city in a different time, following a different main character. Super beautiful, and thoroughly recommend.
I actually picked up the Mistborn trilogy because of you and literally its the best so thank you for introducing it to me
the Precious Stone Trilogy is one of my faves 😍
I'm on book two of Mistborn and I LOVE it!
effing Golden Compass ending made me cry for three days
This is a great video. I really need to read the Golden Compass trilogy! I hope you feel better soon!
I NEEEEEEED to reread His Dark Materials when I was pretty young, and I'm pretty sure everything that got it "banned" was just completely over my head. I really want to read it with a greater understanding of the religious allegory aspect that I had no idea was in there when I read it back in the fourth grade...
I was hoping you would mention the Lumatere Chronicles! I read them last year based on your recommendation and I loved it! The last book was my top favorite book of 2016.
Totally agree with everything on this list! And I feel like the Hunger Games is one of my favorites, but it's been like 5 years since I last read them, so I'm definitely due for a reread. I wonder if older me will still love them as much.
I read the Chaos Walking trilogy based on your recommendation at the end of 2015 and oh my god! Such a great trilogy, I'm so happy I read it.
The Cry of the Icemark is a great fantasy series that I enjoyed. I'm not usually a big fantasy reader (I prefer historical fiction) but it was a great breath of fresh air for my reading:) When I was younger I also loved the Emily Windsnap series (which actually had 6 books but...) about a girl who finds out she's half mermaid. And of course, anything Sarah J. Maas.
I'm on the last book in The Treemakers trilogy by Christina L Rozelle. One of my all time favs. Hope you feel better soon!!💖
One of my favorite series is "A modern Faerie Tale" series by Holly Black. It includes Tithe, Valient, and Ironside. I can read them over and over !!!
you make me want to be a youtuber 😁😄
I felt the same way. And then I became one :D
Nihal Shah your UA-cam page?
Analucia Palaciosmaldonado haha same, booktube in general makes me want that :D
Analucia Palaciosmaldonado omg same!
Hi, Regan... I did read Chaos Walking trilogy by Patrick Ness because of you. I agree that books trilogy is so awesome. Some of the books I read is because of you. Like, The Shock of The Fall, Throne of Glass, Burial Rites and the list actually went on and on. Thank you so much for recommending a lot of good books.
Hunger Games would definitely be on my list to! I love it SO much!
The golden compass!!😍 I love that series too! It was the series that got me into reading!
I'm so excited! Ive just launched my booktube channel
Yay!
The Black Magician Trilogy by Trudi Canavan will always be my favorite, got me into reading fantasy. :)
Regan, this speaks to my soul because I was taking inventory for my year's TBR as to what trilogies do I really wanna get to...and unfortunately for me you mentioned none of the ones that are highest on my list lol, except maybe Remnant and Mistborn. I keep debating as to whether I wanna get to Snow Like Ashes, Winner's, The Young Elites etc (well eventually all, but what should come first, you know lol).
The Infernal Devices :O and I also really liked The Summer trilogy but Jenny Han. I want more contemporary trilogies/series lol
I have never heard of Finnikin of the Rock! Thanks for the recommendation! I'll add it in my next online order!
My favourite trilogies are The Remnant Chronicles by Mary E Pearson too, The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins as well, The Winner's trilogy by Marie Rutkoski, The Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare and the Legend trilogy by Marie Lu!
Two of my all time favourite trilogies are Half Bad by Sally Green and Red Rising by Pierce Brown. Sooo freaking good.
I haven't seen many other people who have read the Lumatere Chronicles. I have not finished it yet because I graduated from high school before I was able to borrow and read the third book, but I have just gotten the entire trilogy for Christmas and I am hoping to reread and finish this year (however, with my spring semester starting next week this may have to wait until summer).
I just discovered the His Dark Materials trilogy last year and I really enjoyed it! I have no idea how I didn't find it growing up.
I have been recommended the Chaos Walking trilogy so many times and I still haven't read it yet, so I really should get to that one.
Wish.i looked that great when I’m sick girl....love you and your videos!
My hands down favourite trilogy is "The Singer Of All Songs." It's so good, and really original. You should try reading it, I don't think you'll be disappointed
Chaos Walking is my favorite trilogy/dystopian series of all time. Such a good read.
I enjoyed Mistborn, but the last book was... complicated. I didn't buy the ending and I predicted the "big" twist like four or five chapters in. It's still good, but everybody seems to love it so much that maybe I was expecting too much from it.
fave trilogies!
miss peregrines
divergent
hunger games
maze runner.
ahhhh! 😍😍😍
I have two of these on my shelf that I haven't read and need to get on it!
I read the Kiss of Deception but I didn't really enjoy the first book that much but based on what you just said I may finish the trilogy. My favorite trilogies are Shatter Me, which I agree with you on that, and I also enjoyed the Angelfall trilogy which was really action-packed and a fast-paced really enjoyable.
Get well soon Regan!
The Gemma Doyle Trilogy by Libba Bray, such a pretty story!
Yes just re read the shatter me , is just amazing , and the infernal devices i love it can not wait to have more in the lord of shadows
the winner's trilogy is a MASTERPIECE !! 👌
I love trilogies. The Hunger Games was the first one I read and it will always be a favorite.❤️😄
As soon as you said trilogies that haven't been finished yet I was just 'ahem, looking at you Kingkiller Chronicles'.
Powder Mage trilogy by Brian McClellan, it's high flintlock adult fantasy and simply AMAZING!
I loved His Dark Material as a child too and felt so dangerous and cultured while reading it 😂
I read Vicious recently because of your recommendation and I loved it! Thank you
THANKS FOR LINKING EVERYTHING
One of my all time favorite trilogies will always be The Inkworld Trilogy by Cornelia Funke, I always go back to it when I'm in a reading slump
I LOVE INKHEART! It was my favorite book in middle school! I love it so much. And the movie adaptation wasn't bad either.
I am currently reading the first book
Svea Schaike Lol I thought you said Cornelius Fudge
Corey Ogle 😂😂😂
Zora J. ahhh I hope you're enjoying it!!
Kiss of Deception will be released in german too an I'm so excited to be able to read it before release. Currently finished the first 14 Chapters and i already love it so much :)
i loved the Daughter of smoke and bone trilogy.
i cant say anything about shatter me cause i cant seem to find the third one anywhere on my country, but so far its been addicting.
also, the maze runner. omg..
Have you tried Book Depository? They might ship to your country.
Camila Go I had the same problem until I bought myself a kindle. Ebooks saved the day ☺️
i could only find it when I bought from second-hand books facebook page. it was even difficult to find the second one :(
AbookHermit i know. my sister has one, is just that i love watching all the copies in my shelves. i can spend hours looking at my shelves over and over. I love them, they're my family ♡.
still, i read ebooks every once in a while.
Camila Go I also loved Daughter of smoke and bone!
It's still weird for me hearing it being called The Golden Compass instead of Northern Lights. His Dark Materials was such an influential trilogy for me as a kid, I still love it! Though I pronounced Lyra's name wrong for years before my sister corrected me 😂
From experienced rereading the Golden Compass trilogy as an adult i.e. Twenty blows your mind. The books are even darker then you remember and the whole religion and heartbreak hits much harder. Highly recommend you reread
I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE KISS OF DECEPTION OMG
Moirin's trilogy in the Kushiel's Legacy series is my favorite trilogy (though Kushiel's Dart is my favorite book ever).
I'm so happy that the Chaos Walking trilogy is on this list. It's one of my absolutely faves and I rarely meet anyone who's read it, or who's finished it.
Good video!! Like always😉
I thought the infernal devices was one of your favorites as well isn't it??
the chaos walking series is probably my favorite series ever! that's the series i push on anyone who asks for a recommendation :)
You included two of my favorites: His Dark Materials (so overlooked on booktube--why!?) and Shatter Me!
You have got to read the Red Rising trilogy. It's sci-fi, and the world building is incredible. I loved it so much and it's so unpredictable so you never know what's gonna happen
PLZ READ MISS PEREGRINES!!
One of my faves is the Night Angel Trilogy by Brent Weeks!
you should do trilogies and series you plan to finish soon!!! PLEASE
So many trilogies that I want to read!
My favourite trilogy is probably the Abhorsen trilogy by Garth Nix - an oldie but I love that world. I also need to finish the Chaos Walking trilogy!
I also feel like The Golden Compass was really pivotal for me because it was the first fantasy book I experienced that had a female main character. In many ways it really opened the door to fantasy for me because I was able to relate to the characters for the first time. I had always perceived it as a "boy's genre" as a kid because it is so heavily male dominated, so this book basically took my hand and lead me into the world of fantasy.
some of my fave trilogies are The Darkest Minds, Legend, All for the game (The foxhole court) and Poison Study
I kinda have a love/hate relationship with trilogies so...😂🙂👌🏻
Angella Ronandez I recommend Legend. Marie Lu wraps it up in a way that makes sense and isn’t abrupt in my opinion
You need to start reading for Haruki Murakami, you really really should.
The Night Angel Trilogy!
YOU'RE SO PRETTY ICANT
One of my favorites is the dimily (did I mention I love you) trilogy
