For braking test, it's also better to use clutch after you almost stop (the rpm should be around 4k at 1st gear). There's a chance of encountering a bug where the car jerks foward (like when you abt to stall a manual car), causing the game to think that you haven't stop. I've got several good run that got ruined by that bug
This is amazing, i can't believe how someone is so skilled and notices all small details in the game and csn do all of that, now i understand why i fail all of the races.
Another couple tips I'd like to emphasize on for the Gt2rs at the Nordschleife that you did utilise:- 1) Avoid the kerbs, even though this video showcased a lot of kerb usage it is absolutely not necessary to use it as he mentions it. Kerbs can really unsettle your car making it difficult to handle. 2) if you're using tilt steering, crank the sensitivity to max, since the gt2rs has a lot of downforce and high speed turning capabilities to utilise it a slow sensitivity will require to almost turn your device 90° to take high speed turns. Therefore max sensitivity will help a bit although you still need to tilt a lot. It's a good shoulder exercise 😉. 3) The gears matter a lot, ideally try to stay in the higher gears as he mentioned throughout the tutorial. One trick I found to make it a bit easier to navigate corners, is to stay in 4th when taking the corner and then immediately shift to 5th right before you straighten up this way you can take the corners at a higher speed and then accelerate out without spinning out. Although I did it with 3rd and 4th, I'd assume 4th and 5th would be faster. 4) Enjoy the lap and don't focus too much on beating the time. It gets to you. Take breaks and refresh your mind. More attempts are gonna eventually get you the gold. 5) The sudden right after the mutkurve is a two staged corner. You turn in first whilst off throttle to hit the apex and then floor it whilst turning in more. Don't completely turn in immediately as it will take you in the grass. Also it is important to floor it and turn once you hit the apex as it'll utilise the downforce more and will complete the turn coasting the whole corner waiting for the car to straighten up will run you wide and onto the grass. 6) If you're going to follow my method of using 3rd and 4th for a bit more stability do not stay in 3rd for long on corner exit. It will spin you out. Just use it to get the rotation and then shift to 4th before gassing it. The tips are in order of whatever came to my mind first.
Beautiful tutorial. However, I have to state that as an arrow steering user, I give up on the two RR layout challenges. It's impossible to countersteer, I managed to do the Touge one just 200 milliseconds after the Gold time cap, but the Nordschleife one is so frustrating. Spinning out or hitting the grass that ends your 6 minute runs is just so nerve-wracking that I gave up. 😞 Forever stuck with 90%... I tried to use the steering wheel or accelerometer, but after almost 8 years of playing mobile racing games with arrows, it's very hard to get used to it.
Thanks! I understand that it's hard but I've seen players do it with buttons and the yellowbird is definitely not the car to use for learning new control settings. I believe you can do it if you want to try it again since the time itself is very easy to achieve, if you manage to finish, you can do it by almost staying in the middle of the track and just be proactive for when it's going to slide (although i explained how to significantly reduce sliding i know it can't go away completely at high speed) but also don't forget to take a break if it takes too many attempts, your mental health is more important than a virtual car!

I reinstalled the game yesterday and I'm already at the GT2 RS one. I also play with arrows, so I understand your pain in the togue one, that one was really tough for me. I just made the Supra one and had a lot of trouble, but that might be my problem with Fuji and the hairpins. I also had a few struggle in the Yaris ones since I was getting used to the AWD, but made the lap one even with a poor start. But when he said the Nurburgring were more accessible I was hoping the Supra one was my final big battle... now I watched him full on the warmup and in no way I'm going to be able to do this one, if much, I might get a silver🤣
Don't worry, i have a similar issue where i'm used to either arrow or controller and my current android controller is kind of sht so the cars never really fully steer meaning that i'm slower through most stuff. Luckily i still golded some stuff but there's no way i'm golding tsukuba, the nords, or the mountain tests. Especially the mountain thest with the old ass 911 that slides like the tyres aren't even there
As a buttons-sliders player, these challenges without the wheel really put up the ante. Golding in AC1 (0:23) and AC2 (0:55) along with AC5 (5:47) was no problem, while AC3 (1:36) gave me a good amount of time before I golded it. AC4 (2:46) and AC6 (8:50) on the other hand are silvers, where I have 0'47"287 and 0'28"770 respectively. AC7 (9:32), AC8 (13:02), and AC9 (18:56) are bronze and am still trying to attempt to get the silvers and golds with their respective times of 1'09"916 for AC7, 1'47"282 for AC8, and 2'16"403 for AC9. As for the final test, AC10 (27:46), I might do it once I gold all the others to prepare myself to put weeks, months, if not years of effort to gold it in for all of them as my best effort.
My method of stopping shorter distance is just change the gear to reverse and throttle up as the car reached certain distance from the blue checkmark. Idk why this method is very effective.

Yes and no, it depends, many aspects are very true to life, the handling of this car is very true to life with the exception of the tyres used in the test and that for some reason the car will start drifting even when going straight (it's a problem for all cars with a simulated rear biased weight distribution in the game) so yes it's quite realistic in most cases but there's also areas that it's not

But when I was little I didn’t know anything other than NFS and basically left caring about cars when the game got too boring. It wasn’t until when I tried rental kart for the first time in the UK that the interest came back. And the interest turned into a firm passion after I tried 2 stroke engine kart. It just changes your whole concept about driving. I needed to borrow money when I bought my kart and now struggling to run it because the cost is very high. And I don’t even own any road car just a kart. I would definitely recommend trying 2 stroke karts, these are basically baby formula cars. G force more than most supercars. There will be places that provide rental. Make sure they are in soft tires. I also restrict my time with sim because nothing compares with the kart.

My rule of thumb for those who watch this video and do the Porsche Pass is that the most important thing is to take the line. Also, I used to use the directional key, but I always open the throttle fully only when the directional key is not pressed. When turning a corner, as in this video, it is important to just focus on the line, step on the brake and bend the body of the car.
Hard to follow the line when you feel like the car doesn't even stay on the ground. It always feels like it's just hovering a few centimeters off the ground
How do you change into manual like theres a + and - in your screen so i can choose whether i wanna stay at selected gear and change shift when reach 60 like the braking test
When you're playing pause the game and then go to configuration, there are going to be 4 different sections you are going to the car section from there you just search an option called transmission there you can choose between manual or automatic.

It's called advanced class for a reason, you can't expect it to be easy. This game mimics titles like gran turismo that have some very difficult license tests. I understand it's unusual for a mobile game to give it's players a serious skill based challenge but it's not a bad effort. The real car is a handful in similar ways. I think the problem is that the game doesn't attempt to progressively help you improve your driving, instead the challenges just get harder and you just have to get better on your own to beat them, hence why i thought this tutorial was a good idea to make since i was sure there is nothing else like it.

The 930 is more exaggerated than the yellowbird, but still the time is very doable, i did 45.0 (9 tenths quicker than here) after this video so the time margin is wide as long as you follow the lines showed, smoothen the steering at high speeds and brake in a somewhat straight line for the first slow right you should be fine
Using the yellow bird on the north loop has got to be one the worst experiences of my life

This game mimics titles like gran turismo that have some very difficult license tests. I understand it's unusual for a mobile game to give it's players a serious skill based challenge but it's not a bad effort.
The real car is a handful in similar ways.
I think the problem is that the game doesn't attempt to progressively help you improve your driving, instead the challenges just get harder and you just have to get better on your own to beat them, hence why i thought this tutorial was a good idea to make since i was sure there is nothing else like it.

Installed tha game yesterday and i am stuck on this 4th stage. My tilt is very oversensitive
That's good for 1 day but tilt is the hardest way to do it
@@kostass7749 yep, i noticed it too so i switched to buttons and now i am atleast able to finish the damm lap but still missing the bronze by a few tenths of a second

Why would the video be sped up? The car is only in this challenge i can't upgrade it, maybe you have traction control

The Porsche 930 is killing me. Getting very annoyed after trying for an hour straight

The 930 is more exaggerated than the yellowbird, but still the time is very doable, i did 45.0 (9 tenths quicker than here) after this video so the time margin is wide as long as you follow the lines showed, smoothen the steering at high speeds and brake in a somewhat straight line for the first slow right you should be fine
