I know a lot of people are saying that Callum is acting OOC but I think that his anger towards Ben’s arrest and the way Ben was describing the aftermath was so justified. If your partner and the family unit connected to him was the only source of love around you then you would be as equally frustrated as Callum that Ben, whilst he was doing it with the right intentions, would risk that for lex and for Callum. I think a lot of Callum’s anger here came from fear of losing yet another person on the square. Lexis description of her and Callum being disappointed is very accurate. when cal says “as long as Ben gets what he needs” this is very reflective of the fact that what cal needs is trust and honesty and Ben lied to him saying he was innocent, and Callum’s subsequent feelings were disregarded
But at the same time I completely get other people’s povs. I think this was just Callum’s last straw, he’s been in this situation so many times now with the raid with danny etc
This ep had some good scenes, but this one wasn't one of them. This week, the show decided to write Callum occ and they still insist on making Ben out to be a super selfish and self-centered person. The character has grown a lot in recent times, and the serious mental problems he has can't be ruled out. But the show always forgets this and reduces him to a person who only makes mistakes. And the person who knows Ben best and has followed his struggles is Callum. If this dialog had come years earlier, it would have made more sense.
Its bs honestly, he stole that money in a desperation to save Lola. Granted he messed up and she died without him being there but it doesnt mean nothing.
Hmmmmm….interesting. It’s almost like what Cal is saying to Ben…. Idk maybe I’m making too much into this? But maybe it’s a message to Max from everyone else’s perspective? Which is why the acting is very good. Hmmm… Max still has a chance for a comeback once everything settles and he matures. He’s still under BBC if I’m not mistaken? I’m not too familiar with Crenshaw. But I’m sure he knows a damn good actor when he sees one. They’re also getting rid of Fiona. So that speaks volumes there.
The second Callum’s voice broke 0:37 I immediately started crying
I know Callum loves Ben so much on the show, but they say goodbye to each other, I'm gonna miss Max Bowden so much, he's my favorite!! 😢💔
Farewell my loves!
You deserved so much better!
I never cared much for them but this was sad. They came so far and now it’s all been thrown away.
The actor will definitely get another Job ❤❤❤❤

Callum's anger is so justified. Callum is a police officer. Ben is a nightmare.
Bye bye Ben Mitchell ❤
