I don't see the issue at least when i compare with the german laws. In Germany also a standard rental contract is a kind of perpetual and it could be difficult to push out a malicious tenant. I strongly assume it is more easy in Turkiye to remove a tenant if he does not pay for example. Thanks for your feedback!
Hi vaz enjoying your videos You talked about 45% for a timed savings account do you think these are a good idea? Are initial investments protected I wonder
Hi, If you have local currency already, it may work work well for you. If you are thinking of buying a local currency, investing and then converting the gains and your investment into foreign currency then I’d say it is not worth it.
That is what he might believe but that is not what he told authorities. He seems to believe that if he stay unavailable to communication with the renter, he gains some kind of advantage legally.
@@Antalyander He tried to get the apartment back and since the tenant refused to leave he is trying different ways now. Horrible situation for the owner.
Hey Antalyander, I am happy you've come back on UA-cam!... I've been anxious about what's happening with you? Nice to see you again, good luck!
Turkiye is less attractive than it used to be ... more expensive, more govt restrictions, outrageous inflation, etc.

Rule #1: Don't rent out your place
Rule #2: Never rent your apartment to a local
so what was the actual problem? the owner belived the renter was sub-leasing the appartment to someone the owner did not rent to?
